Serenity of Janki Devi Memorial College, DU.

Faculty: The faculty teachers are highly qualified with excellent teaching quality, and very approachable outside of lectures. The DU curriculum is relevant for critical thinking and writing also leans heavily towards theoretical analysis. Semester exams are moderately difficult requiring thorough reading of the text and analytical essay writing rather than memorisation. The pass percentage is quite high with over 90-95 percent students clearing exams.

The college is good if you want to pursue a sociology Hons from this college.

Faculty: Teachers are really helpful and well educated. If we look at sociology teachers, they are highly educated. Basically, a sociology course prepares students for social work and ngo related work. The results of the semester exams are mainly good. It prepares students for higher exams like UPSC.

Overall, the college is good.

Faculty: Teachers of this college are very helpful and kind in nature. They provide sources to students in their studies and help during exams by providing the best sources and books for the preparation of the exams. You can easily score in this paper just by studying a month before exams, and the paper is overall based on current affairs so you have a good knowledge about the current events in the world.

Just explore all the opportunities that it provides, and it will become a great place to call home.

Faculty: Teachers were inspiring with a good curriculum in place. They did not give practical knowledge to make students ready for the world, but also provided practical knowledge. The semester exam wont feel too difficult if you pay attention in class and stay on track with the studies.
