College is awesome environment, faculty members are also very friendly to students.

Placements: In our college, a lot of companies are coming to placement, so our college conduct placement classes for students. More students got placement in good companies. We have placement classes in week. And aptitude tests are taken by faculty members. It's nice.

Infrastructure: College infrastructure is awesome. Good to SEE. And classroom, lab that's are clean everyday. Library have a lot of study materials. In a week, we have 2 lab periods to study practically. Library is 2 floor. All books are arranged in orderly. So suddenly we can take books.

Faculty: Faculty members are taking good classes. All sessions are taken with details. So we can understand all parts from the lessons. For semester exams. Faculty members are conducting class test for students. So it is good for semester exams. For semester exam, they are revising old university exam papers.

Placements: Around 40-50% of students were placed from the batch B.Tech civil engineering 2021. The highest package offered was 5.5 Lacs per annum, and the lowest package was 1.3 Lacs per annum. Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Accenture, Mahindra, BYJU's, Paytm, etc., were the top recruiting companies. Almost 100% of students got internships in reputed companies, including KSEB, FACT, SBI, HDFC, Dhanalaxmi, BYJU's, TELK etc. B.Tech in civil engineering has a high scope. Many top roles are offered to students with high academic performance and good communication skills like junior engineer, bank assistant, junior surveyor, junior geologist etc.

Infrastructure: The campus is fully Wi-Fi enabled. The library is a good little space for everyone to get the required books and magazines. Facilities are provided in the library to read newspapers daily and also browse the internet for free. The labs and classrooms are well designed and well maintained. There is a survey lab, environmental lab, geology lab, drafting lab and a workshop. The computer lab is a large hall consisting of more than 100 computers. In every lab, there are very friendly lab assistants to help you with tips. The hostel facilities are good, and both AC and non-AC rooms are available. A dormitory is available for 8-12 people together. The quality of hostel food is good since there is an opportunity to choose from many items, and different menus for different days will also help. There is a canteen/cafeteria in every block inside the campus providing quality refreshments and drinks. The college also provides good medical facilities to their students. Sports and games in our college are very functional with a big indoor stadium and also an outdoor ground. The college cricket team, football team and Kabaddi team are very well trained and have also won many intercollegiate championships. Other sports and games are conducted as well. So, the students who have a good sports background can definitely join this college and nurture their talents.

Faculty: All the teachers are very helpful, highly qualified and knowledgeable. They treat the college as their second home and students as their children. The teaching quality is very nice. This course, B.Tech CE, is really a curriculum-relevant one. It surely makes students industry-ready with practical labs, timely industrial visits, occasional survey camps, dam site visits, placement training classes etc. The semester exams are conducted by APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala. It is not very difficult. An average student can pass this exam very easily. The pass percentage of college is 70-75%.

Other: I chose this course to become an engineer to serve the nation. I like to be an eco-friendly and sustainable engineer. This course provides good knowledge and experience in this regard. Apart from normal lectures, the practical sessions provide much-needed exposure to the students in the construction field. In the 4-year campus life, a mega industrial visit will be conducted for a week. I wish this one-week industrial visit should be there in each year of campus life. There are many attractive festivals occuring in the college to sharpen your skills in academic and extracurricular activities as well. Annual sports meet and Arts day are conducted every year. A college tech fest is conducted once in 2 years in which many students from all over the state of Kerala come and participate. The college has a very good indoor stadium and also a good outdoor ground. Various scholarships are provided to students with high academic performance and also financial aids given to students coming from poor families. The college organizes various festivals with high vigor, including Onam, Christmas, Holi, Navratri, Pooram etc.
