A good choice if you are looking for a college to make some memories.
Placements: I am a first-year student in Instrumentation and Control Engineering. More than 80% of our current final-year seniors are placed. I guess the maximum package is around 9 LPA. Companies like TCS, L&T, Quest, Schneider, and many other core and IT companies visit for placements. I am not currently aware of the internship percentage. I think we can progress to senior engineer roles based on our specialization, such as process control, signal processing, and industrial instrumentation etc.
Infrastructure: Facilities are quite average, which is expected from an aided college. I am a day scholar, so I don't know much about the hostel, but I have heard that it is just average. When it comes to the canteen, medical facilities, sports, games, and events, they are quite impressive, especially the puffs at the canteen if you go there around 10:50 or 11 AM.
Faculty: Faculty members are all very good at what they do, though some teachers are a little strict. The course curriculum is new this year, but from what I hear, it is more industry-related as they have removed unnecessary subjects, added some extra subjects, and shifted some subjects from higher semesters to lower ones to reduce the workload in the final year so that it can be completely utilized for internships and projects. As of now, our semester results are not published yet, but everyone is hoping to pass.
Other: I choose this course because I want to take a different path, as nowadays everyone is trying to be a CS engineer. The college organizes many events, fests, and more. Clubs like IEEE, ISTE, and others are very active and host programs one after another. The college also has extracurricular clubs like RDC, Rudra, Informal, and many more. There is an upcoming event, Dyuksha, which has just been decided, and from what I have heard, it is the biggest event in the college.

Perfect college for enjoying college life and getting a good placement .
Placements: For the instrumentation and control engineering branch, a total of 66 placements were there for the 2020–2023 branch. The highest package was INR 7 lacs per annum, and the lowest was INR 3 lacs per annum. Overall, the placement cell is very active and provides extra class for placement.
Infrastructure: The college hostel is perfect, and the food is awesome. The hostel provides Wi-Fi facilities, and there is also Wi-Fi in our department, which is open to all. Our college is the best known for conducting sports and arts and has more prizes and competitions.
Faculty: The teachers are good at helping and provide extra knowledge for placement. The curriculum is almost perfect and covers almost all the industrial needs required. The pass percentage is almost 70%, and the syllabus will also help in cracking GATE exams.

Satisfied with the teaching quality and placements, and the college is recommendable.
Placements: Last year, 56 students got placed from a batch of 60 students in the IC department. Top recruiters were TCS, Wipro, Kalki Tech, Cognizant, Tata Elixi, Accenture etc. The top role offered is instrumentation engineer in industries like cement manufacturing.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is not available, but the instrumentation department has good classrooms, labs and seminar halls. The college has 3 men's hostels and 2 ladies' hostels. A cricket ground, indoor shuttle court, table tennis court, handball court, basketball court, etc., are available.
Faculty: The faculty are good at teaching and helping students. Most of them are Ph.D. holders and have good subject knowledge. The curriculum is updated. Exams get tougher with every passing semester. The pass percentage is about 50 to 70%.
Other: Being a highly-paid job, instrumentation and control engineering was the best option for me, so I chose it. Dyuksha is the tech fest, last held in 2019, and next going to be in 2023. The campus has about 2500 students. It offers a lot of scholarships.

The overall college experience is great.
Placements: Many students get placements, mainly in IT companies. There is a placements team known as PTIB in our college. They conduct courses that are helpful for placements. Around 100 companies come for placements interviews in our college, and the placements team is great.
Infrastructure: In this college, the men's hostel is good. But to get admission in it students need a higher rank in KEAM. Sports and games are active in our college.
Faculty: In this college, teachers are good. But there are a few non-permanent teachers who will be only here for 1 or 2 semesters. Semester exams are the same as that of other engineering colleges in Kerala. This university is tough. The pass percentage is 90%. Rajesh sir, the HOD of the physical education department is helpful, and stands beside students for team achievements.
Other: The place where this college located is beautiful. The campus is also a great experience. Events and fests are held by this college in a unique way.

In 2018, the total performance of our college is satisfactory.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. A lot of companies recruit students from college. The main companies visiting here are TCS, Alstom, VKC etc. Most of the students from computer science, EC, IC and EEE got placed in this year itself. To increase the placement rate, the college is conducting a lot of placement training classes.
Infrastructure: Almost all the facilities are available in our college. Most of the classrooms are large, which can accommodate more than 100 students. There are smart classrooms. Labs are of high-quality and have sufficient instruments and other facilities. A huge computer lab is available for students. A central library is available with all the study materials for all branches. The sports department is very active. A huge sports ground is available, which is the largest one in Kerala. We can practice more than one game at a time in the ground. Besides, there are a basketball court and volleyball court. Food served in the canteen is of good quality. Hostel rooms are good.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and very helpful. Each department has more than one PhD holding faculty members. Most of the teachers teach using smart class facilities. Students in each department have the chance to visit at least two industries in their academic period.
Other: The campus is huge and very eco-friendly. It has lots of greenery. The college conducts fests at regular intervals. The tech fest conducted was Dyuksha in 2018. A lot of students could start many startups.

The infrastructure is good. Students can be involved in many extracurricular activities.
Placements: A lot of companies are visiting the college this year. I would say that the placements for our batch are more compared to our senior batches. A lot of renowned IT companies like TCS, Infosys, Kalki Communication, etc., have visited the college this year. The college does not provide any internships.
Infrastructure: The campus is spread over a vast area of 120 acres. There are three hostels for men and two hostels for women. The first years are accommodated in separate hostels to prevent ragging issues. Food provided in the canteen is good. There are a huge ground, labs for each department and a great central library.
Faculty: Faculty members are very good. Most of them are qualified and have a lot of experience. Smart classes were introduced from our third year. We have visited industries to get exposure. The course curriculum is not great according to teachers as it is a new university.

The college has good infrastructure, facilities, and placements every year.
Placements: Placements in the college for students are considered to be good, and the college also has better placement records. About 60% of the students get placed from college. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Companies that visit our college are Alstom, TCS, Tata Elxsi, Kalki, Qburst, Quest, etc.
Infrastructure: All infrastructural facilities provided in the college are good except for Wi-Fi. Medical facilities are not available in our college. Lab and classroom facilities are good. The college offers support for sports, games and arts which play an important role in our college life. Overall, our college is good.
Faculty: Teachers in college are very helpful and have good knowledge. They have good experience to carry out classes with good discipline. They not only follow the syllabus but also give extra knowledge on the particular subjects. Teachers are very friendly with students and clear their doubts whenever approached.
Other: The events conducted in our college give us better ideas. Workshops are conducted almost every month for all branches. The college provides good scholarships for eligible students.

Good campus for the students to enjoy and study. Infrastructure, faculty, and placements are good.
Placements: Approximately 40% of the batch gets placed with good packages almost every year. But it's a bit difficult for the students of the core branches to get placed. Most of the companies that visit the campus are from the IT sector. The placement cell of NSSCE is functioning very well.
Infrastructure: Since NSSCE was established in 1960, the main blocks are old. However, they have improved the infrastructure in different blocks by doing tiling, painting and ceiling works. Our labs are well-equipped with the latest devices. The new block was inaugurated in 2019, and it is made available with many classrooms.
Faculty: The faculty of NSSCE are well experienced and are really willing to help the students. The guest lecturers are also good. NSSCE is affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram. The curriculum is mostly different from our earlier curriculum which was designed by Calicut University.
