Engineering college, college of academy for improving skills and experience.

Placements: Almost half of the students got placed in on-campus interviews. The highest package offered is 14 LPA. The average package is 6 LPA. The lowest package is 2 LPA. The role offered by the course is a special techie and also a role in leadership quality. It is a 4-year program.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in the college are widely usable and in working condition such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, library, etc. The quality of the hostel is almost good. The food is good, almost twice a week we get special food. Medical facilities are available and sports and games are widely enrolled.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, also they are very qualified and also knowledgeable. The teaching quality of them is good. As per the structure of the syllabus, the students are industry-ready. The semester exams are as simple as for those who studied well.

Other: I was likely to become a computer science engineer. To study well and improve their skills the course must help students. The events, fest, campus crowd, connectivity, campus surroundings, scholarship, and extracurricular activities are well going.

The college life and placements are good.

Placements: Almost all non-arrear students are well-placed in most companies. Moreover, the highest package is 14 LPA, the average is 6 LPA, and the lowest amount of salary is 3 LPA. Cognizant, TCS, and Infosys are the main companies. Most students also take internships.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of my college are good. The college campus covers 33 acres and is surrounded by a good atmosphere. Facilities like classrooms and labs are widely available. The quality of the hostel is almost good. The food is the same every day with the same menu.

Faculty: Teachers and other faculty members are very helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality is also good. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students industry-ready. The semester exams for most subjects are difficult, but they are easy to study.

Other: I chose this course for a better career and technological development. Placements must improve. Extracurricular activities are good.

The overall experience in the college is fine, but the academic pressure is a bit much.

Placements: Placements are rather low compared to other colleges. The highest package is 12 lakhs per annum, the lowest is 80,000 per annum, and the average package is 3.5 to 5 lakhs per annum. Top roles are Java developer, MERN stack developer, etc. The number of placements changes from year to year.

Infrastructure: Faculty members are rather friendly and understanding. They also teach with their utmost effort. There is Wi-Fi on campus, but it is rather slow. Classrooms are equipped with projectors and black and white boards. There is a library for each department. There is a common central library used by everyone. The food available in the college hostel is neat and healthy. The mess and canteen are also kept neat, but there is no medical facility in the college, the hostel, or nearby. They provide sports and games in the hostel for the students to enjoy, like carrom, badminton, etc.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are knowledgeable and helpful, and they give moderate to high teaching quality. The course curriculum isn't relevant and doesn't make students industry-ready as it is mostly focused on one's memory power. The exams are rather difficult due to a lack of study materials or sources from which you can study. Also, all the assignments and record work are given to the students for completion at the last moment during the start of exams, so there is a lack of time. Also, the study gap between exams is very short. The pass percentage is 40.

Other: I chose this course due to a love of engineering. The best thing about the course is that it helps me to be helpful to society by bringing more innovation. I would increase the number of practicals and reduce the theory as they test only the memory power of the children rather than their skill, which doesn't get them industry-ready. There are good technical events held in the college by the students, and most of them are outstanding. Campus surroundings are filled with trees for fresh air, and there are plenty of places to relax or study.

A good college with facilities, infrastructure, and friends. The only fault is the location.

Placements: I am doing my second year third semester. Since our college placements start in the third year, students have not been placed. Two of them are doing internships. The third-year and fourth-year seniors have started getting placement opportunities.

Infrastructure: I am in the government hostel provided by the college. I am satisfied with the staff, food, rules, and infrastructure of the hostel. But the only drawback is that the number of students getting government hostel including boys and girls is just 300.

Faculty: Faculty members are okay. They are supportive and willing to teach. But the curriculum and exam patterns are very pathetic. We get hardly 4 to 5 months to complete a semester. We have 2 series exams, an internal and extern lab exam, and semester exams. It puts a burden on students.

Other: To enjoy college life, we have the best college here. Events occurring at the college are simply super from the area of coordination vibes, etc. The bond between juniors and seniors is pretty good.

I am satisfied with the teaching and the ambience for studying, but the campus life is not good.

Placements: In our college, approximately 30-40% of students are placed before ending the course, and in others, almost 90% of students are placed after course completion. The salary package offered is 1 LPA to 12 LPA. Most of the students got placed at Google. Almost all students get internships from several leading companies like TECHMAGHI, Google, Amazon, etc., that visit our campus. Top roles offered are software tester and software developer.

Infrastructure: In our college, the internet facilities are very good. Each classroom and lab has internet accessibility. Every student can use unlimited Wi-Fi at high speeds. A projector is available in every class. The project lab is available for extracurricular activities like research and renovation. Ethernet access is also available. The library is accessible to students only by scanning the barcode printed on their ID cards. A digital library is in the development stage. Students can access the list of books available without browsing the physical library. There is a digital setup to know about the availability of books. Since the college is located in Sri Krishnapuram, it is small and has no labs for practical sessions. Water availability is not good. There are some complications with electricity availability. The teaching level is below average. It has changed a lot. Nowadays, there is a lot of disturbance by stray dogs. The panchayat and our college union solved that issue. The lack of water also resolved the situation. The ladies' hostel is well functioning, with good facilities that are well maintained. The boys' hostel started in just 2 or 3 years. It also has the same properties as a ladies' hostel. Both are a mess. The quality of the food is good. The college canteen is very budget-friendly and provides quality food. A medical surgeon is always available at the college and emergency medicines are in stock. Sports items and well-maintained grounds are also available in good quality.

Faculty: All faculty members are very knowledgeable in their particular subject. Everyone is well qualified and provides the best teaching. All of them are well aware of their professions. They are happy to help their students. The curriculum is relevant, but the syllabus needs to be modified. Students aren't industry-ready. Almost 60-90% is the pass percentage. Semester exams are a bit tough but can be easily cracked with the correct study material.

An average college among the government engineering colleges.

Placements: Our college gets placements from companies like TCS, Tata elxsi, market simplified, travancore analytics, etc. Most of computer Science students get placed. Other departments’ students also get placed according to their skills. There are certain groups for placement and skill development, so students who use them surely get benefits.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are not so good as of IITs and NITs but they are okay. Do not expect great infrastructure and facilities. The college provides Hostel facilities but students do not get a chance to get there. There is a certain criteria for someone to get hostel (e.g.-distance). Sports activities are organized and the college has a sports complex and a ground and a badminton court. Inside the college, free Kerala Wi-Fi is available. Labs and classrooms are smart.

Faculty: Most of the teachers are good. I am familiar with the teachers of CS department. Core subjects’ teachers are good, especially programming teachers. Teachers give motivation according to their life experiences. Some subject’s teachers are not good, they are old styled. Semesters exams are well organised and serious. Good students get marks as they deserve, other do not.

Other: I chose this course because technology I want to know about software and its working.
