JBIMS Mumbai admissions 2026-28 batch are opening. A few more updates are as follows:
- The ATMA 2026 May session registration has started for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. The last date to register is Apr 21, 2026, with the exam being scheduled for May 3, 2026.
- The CMAT 2026 result has been declared for admission to the MBA/PGDM/MMS courses. Students can download their scorecards by logging into the official website.
- The MAT 2026 May session registrations have started for admission to the MBA course. For the PBT mode, the registration deadline is May 25, 2026, with the exam scheduled for May 31, 2026. For the CBT mode, the last date to register is Jun 8, 2026, for the exam taking place on Jun 14, 2026.
- The MAH MBA CET 2026 registration period is now over for admission to the MBA/MMS courses. The session 1 exam will be conducted till Apr 8, 2026, and the session 2 exam will be held on May 9, 2026.
- The CAT 2026 registration is expected to start in the Aug, 2026 for admission to the MBA course.

Generally, the eligibility criteria for MBA in finance are as follows: A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates) or an equivalent CGPA. Candidates who have a valid score in the Common Admission Test (CAT) or Management Aptitude Test (MAT) are preferred. However, some colleges may also offer admission based on their own entrance exams or on merit basis. Since you have completed your BBA with 65% marks, you meet the minimum eligibility criteria for MBA in finance in most colleges. However, not having a valid CAT/MAT score may affect your chances of getting admission in some colleges. They may have their own entrance exams or selection process that you may have to clear to get admission.

Such candidates need to fill only the online application form for MAH CET counselling according to the schedule.
Yes, JBIMS Mumbai offers MMS courses for full-time and part-time modes. The full-time MMS courses are available for a two-year duration, divided into four semesters. Further, part-time MMS courses are available in three years, divided into six semesters. JBIMS does not accept ATMA scores anymore for MMS admissions and it accepts CAT, MAH MBA CET, and GMAT scores.
The ATMA cutoff for PUMBA is usually high and ranges between 95 to 99 percentile.
