Top polytechnic college in West Bengal .
Placements: 80% of the students in mechanical engineering get placed, and another 20% will proceed to higher education. The average minimum package is 2 lacs and the maximum is 3.6 lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies include Schneider Electric, Tata Cummins, Tata Autocomp, SKH, Electro Casting Limited, and many more. Job roles like in the machine shop and machine operation are offered.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is so good and well designed and the atmosphere is also so calm. You just love to come to college every day. We have 3 experiment labs and one mechanical workshop where all the machines are arranged. There is a hostel beside the college, only 2 minutes walking distance from the college.
Faculty: All the teachers are very friendly. We have many industry-experienced faculty members. They teach us the things we are going to face after passing out. They complete the whole syllabus on time. All the workshop-related work. Obviously, they'll try to make us industry-ready. We have a total of six semesters, with an with an approximately 5-month gap between the two semesters. The semester examination is not so tough. You can easily get a good percentage with the basic concept of the syllabus.
Other: I have liked machines since my childhood. That's why I chose mechanical engineering; also, mechanical engineering is the mother branch of engineering. Our college conducts many teaching-related events every year. Also in April, our college fest is organized. They had done many extracurricular activities.

JISSP gives a great environment to study, play and enjoy college life.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in our course was very well, and it was approximately 70%. The lowest salary offered is Rs.10,000 per month, and the highest salary offered is Rs.15,000 per month. The top companies which visit this college are Amazon, ACC Cement, Infosys, etc. A minimum of 80% of students did internships.
Infrastructure: JISSP gives a great environment to study, play and enjoy college life. There are girls' and boys' hostels on the campus. The college is very clean and very hygienic. Our college classrooms are very advanced. Our college hostels are very clean. Our college is 100% ragging free, and our college teachers are very helpful.
Faculty: Academics are good. Teachers are well experienced and have good knowledge about the subject. The curriculum is updated with current technologies blooming in the market. Doubts are solved then and there only. During the exam, prep teachers guide us through what to study. Teachers are motivating and encouraging.

If you want a private college for Diploma in engineering, go for it.
Placements: Out of 70 students, 60 got placed. If you are regular, then definitely you will get the job. I am glad that I studied in this college. The highest package offered is 13,500 per month, and the lowest is 10,500 per month. Mother Son, Bajaj Automobile, and other MNCs come here. The top role offered is junior engineer in Bajaj Automobile.
Infrastructure: The campus is average and not much clean. The play area is not good. But the students and others are very friendly. Ragging was a little bit problem in starting, but after a month or two, it will be okay with seniors. Washrooms are very bad and need to be cleaned. Some of the students on campus are very disturbing.
Faculty: The teachers are very friendly and helpful. The workshop in our college is the best place, and I love to be there and do my project. Everything is organised here. The course is perfect for industrial purposes. Semester exams are very well organised and are hard. 92% of students passed the exams.
Other: Mechanical engineering is not a course for me but my passion, so I tried to make it my career. The washrooms and canteen facilities should be better.

Placements: There are around 300 students in our course. The fee for a diploma engineering is 1.45 lac. Many well-known companies visit here for placements. A high percentage of students got internships from here. Many courses are offered in JISSP.
Infrastructure: There are many facilities here like a library, classrooms, etc., but there is no Wi-Fi. However, the campus is well maintained. Our hostel has very good quality facilities, and very good quality food is available in the mess and canteen. Medical facilities are very good, and there are sports and games.
Faculty: All teachers here are very helpful and always help any student of other departments. All teachers are very knowledgeable, and their teaching quality is very beautiful. All teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable also. The course curriculum is good.
Other: Our batchmates are very helpful and help students of other courses also. I want to be a good mechanical engineer, so I chose this course. The best thing about our course is mechanical drawing, and all things are better. Events are organised, and scholarships are available. Extracurricular activities are properly held in our institution.

Our college infrastructure, facilities and faculty members are very good.
Placements: Almost 100% of students are placed in this course. The highest salary package offered is 25,000, and the lowest salary is 10,000. The recruiting companies are L&T, Simplex, and many more. Students get their internships from this course if they are interested.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is very good and well designed. The classrooms are well maintained and have tables, benches and blackboards. Wi-Fi is available in college. The labs are available for every course, with all the required instruments, and they are well cleaned. There are two hostel buildings at present. Vivekananda hostel is for boys, and Nivedita is for girls.
