This is best college for Diploma and Engineering.

Placements: All the students are satisfied from placements. Companies like SIGMA, MANDO, SUZUKI, BAJAJ, L&T and many more come for recruitment. Satisfied because of those MNCs. Overall salary structure is average. Not just because MNC but satisfied because those are core company related to Mechanical Engineering.

Infrastructure: Mechanical engineering has a big future opportunity for every mechanical student like career. College have own hostel and well-equipped with AC, security, CCTV survillance with security guard, specially for women hostel. Food of canteen is awesome.

Faculty: We have semester examination so faculty members are so good and helpful each and every time. The teaching quality is best. Semester exams are not very hard because it is affiliated by WBSCT&VE&SD, so all the curriculum is controlled from council.

Preferable and well-equipped college.

Placements: Many MNC companies has tie up with our college like SIGMA, MANDO, JAI HIND, JBM, DHOOT TRANSMISSION, AYANT SOFTWARE. Students are satisfied from placement. The package of companies are good. Even from previous year the 2nd year students got chance for internship at those companies.

Infrastructure: Faculty members are so good and friendly and they help regarding study anytime. No doubt this is the best college in term of academics, and labs are well-equipped like Strength of Material, Thermal, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning and Manufacturing Process lab.

Faculty: We have many exams like many internal examination. External viva examination, semester examination, viva examination. The faculty members are so helpful and friendly with students. They guide the student for examination and for campus drive. Overall good.

The college is very good. One can consider taking admission.

Placements: Some of the top recruiters for my course are Sigma pvt. Ltd, joy hind motors, Wipro, TCS, IBM, TATA Motors, JK Tyres, tech mahidra, Dhoot transmission, keventer, mother Dariy, Yazaki, honda, amazon, acc, voltas, maruti suziki, indigo, hero, force, caparo, patton. The highest package offered is 152000 LPA and the lowest is 104000 LPA.

Infrastructure: Teachers are very good in this college. They helps us every time. They treat us as friend not as teachers. Hear in this college so many instrument and machinery are available in workshops. Hear we have cnc lab, high tech lab, thermal lab MET.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, when needed they always are ready to help us at any time. The course curriculum is obeyed by MAKAUT. The course makes the students industry ready. The semester examinations are quite difficult but if one study, one can pass.

Other: I think mechanical engineering is the main course of all the engineering courses. Besides, since I had the 9th grade, I dreamt of being a mechanical engineer.

Placements: Over 85% of students got placed in our course. The highest, lowest and average packages offered in my course are 2.7 LPA, 1.5 LPA, and 1.8 LPA, respectively. The top recruiting companies for my course are Mu Sigma, Ranch Polymer, Yazaki India, Dhoot Transmission, Jay Bharat, Maruti, Hero Motto Corp. etc. 95% of students got internships in the above-mentioned companies. The top role offered in my course is DET (Diploma Engineering Trainee).

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our campus/department is good. It has the most beautifully organised facilities all over West Bengal. It is very well maintained by the authorized members of our college. The labs are well-equipped with modern machines and testing rigs. Faculty: The faculty members are very helpful and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is excellent. The teachers are always ready to help us with our learning difficulties. During the lock-down period, they reached us via MS Teams, Google Meet and Zoom. The course curriculum is very much relevant to make the students industry-ready.

Other: I chose this course of mechanical engineering because I have a knack for learning about machines and their mechanisms. The best thing about my course is it allows us to learn about machines and mechanisms, and also it makes the students industry-ready. I wish the practical classes and industry exposure provided could be more.
