Review of JSS Academy of Technical Education, Bangalore.
Placements: Fewer students got placed in my course compared to other branches. The average package is around 5 LPA. Top recruiters like Bosch, Sonata, and Siemens recruit from our college. Many companies offer paid internships as well at our college. Around 30-40% students got selected in campus placements.
Infrastructure: All the classrooms have projectors. There is a very big library, and college Wi-Fi is available in all the labs and the library. There is also a digital library setup where students can find books online. The girls' hostel is inside the campus, while the boys' hostel is located on the opposite side of the road in front of the main gate of the college.
Faculty: All the teachers are extremely qualified and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very relevant and gets updated frequently. The semester exams are relatively easy, and the passing percentage is over 90%. The internal examinations are also easy, and students can easily score good marks and maintain a good CGPA.
Other: The campus is spread out over 23 acres with lush greenery and even a lake. There is a basketball court, a tennis court, a cricket field, and many more indoor games. The college fest is conducted once a year in even semesters.

The college is very nice, with all facilities available.
Placements: About 80% of students get placed. The highest package is 23 LPA, the lowest package is 3.5 LPA, and the average package is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiters include TCS, Tech Mahindra, and WinWire. Around 50% of students get internships in different companies. Roles offered include software developer, software tester, and data engineer.
Infrastructure: Our department has modern labs, smart classrooms, and a rich library. Hostels are clean with 24/7 Wi-Fi and decent mess food. There is a hygienic canteen, basic medical help, and good sports facilities like a ground, gym, and games. Overall, it is comfortable and friendly.
Faculty: Faculty is helpful, well-qualified, and teaches concepts clearly. The curriculum is updated and industry-relevant with practical exposure. Semester exams are moderately difficult but manageable with regular study. The pass percentage is about 90%, so students can do well if they attend classes and prepare.
Other: I chose Computer Science and Engineering for its good career scope and my interest in teaching. The best parts are coding, exposure to projects, and placements. More industry visits would help. The campus is fun.

Just an average college, join if you plan on going through CET, management is not worth it.
Placements: Placements are pretty decent although it's been average. In the previous year due to the recession, those passing out in 2025 will be the first batch in AIML. The college states that the highest package is 43 LPA, and average salary is 4 LPA. The companies that come for placements are pretty good.
Infrastructure: Labs are good and classrooms are decent. But there are more trees than students in the college. Library also provides a wide range of course books to choose from. They have Wi-Fi but the network is bad. They might be using jammers but don't understand why because it's an engineering college. Hostel food is good, but the girl's hostel is inside campus and the curfew is at 7:00 PM. Honesty looks like jail to me but the boy's hostel is outside and its actually good. Its curfew is around 10.30 PM.
Faculty: Just like every other college, some faculty members are good and some are bad. But engineering is mostly about self-study so faculty members do not matter. But some faculty members will give you a hard time. The curriculum is basically VTU which is kind of old-school at this point. VTU exam correction is strict and students should learn extra skills to make them industry-ready.
Other: They do one fest, once a year which is called Verve and that will be actually good. But there is no campus or not much social life and the crowd is very bad.

It is a good college with a good campus.
Placements: Our college sees a placement rate of 75–85% for eligible students. The average package ranges from 4.5 to 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies, including Cognizant and others, actively participate in campus recruitment. While the highest package reaches up to 18 LPA, the average typically remains around 5–6 LPA.
Infrastructure: Separate hostels for boys and girls are available, catering to the residential needs of students. The hostels have hygienic kitchens, purified drinking water, and round-the-clock security systems. The campus includes multiple academic blocks, suggesting a well-defined structure for different departments and programs.
Faculty: Teachers are generally reported to be helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable, with good teaching quality. The course curriculum is often considered relevant and aims to make students industry-ready. Semester exams vary in difficulty, but many students find them manageable with proper preparation. The pass percentage is often reported to be above 80%.
Other: Choosing a course is a significant decision, often influenced by a mix of personal interests, career aspirations, and the unique opportunities a specific program offers. Beyond the core curriculum, factors like campus life, extracurricular activities, and the overall learning environment play a crucial role in shaping the student experience.

The campus is good. There are no restrictions or penalties for silly mistakes or other reasons.
Placements: The highest package offered by Toyota is 7 LPA. Companies like Toyota, Bosch, Quest Global, Range Group of Industries, FANUC, Ace Designers, etc., visit the college often for placements. The competition is less, and the companies visiting the college are more. So students can give their best to get placed.
Infrastructure: The library, classrooms, Wi-Fi, sports, etc., are good. In the hostel, rooms are very spacious, but the food is average. Activities like sports, annual fest, running, and many campaigns are being run by the college, and students can volunteer and give their best.
Faculty: Teachers are too good. Semester exams, internals, and all are conducted in a decent way. Subjects, assignments, tests, activities, etc., are given based on the university's rules and norms. There are no extra loads, but students should be regular to avoid a mess in their careers.

JSSATE-B offers average infrastructure and hostel with faculty support is inconsistent.
Placements: About 70 % of students, especially from branches like CSE, ISE and ECE. And company with highest come around this is 15 LPA (lakh per annum). And those student who get maximum package is applied off-campus. The lowest package offer around is 3.5 LPA. Average package goes around 5-6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is average not excellent as described by the college because they only have limited entry at several places, like cricket ground and other sports are like tennis courts. Yes, they have 21 acres of campus for several branches.
Faculty: Faculty are average according to qualification and understanding of subject and technology; they provide only book-related knowledge. Exams are conducted on a regular basis without completing the respective subject . Only focus on submitting written assignments and internal marks, on which you have to rely on faculty behavior towards you.
