NITTE Meenakshi Bangalore offers BSc on the basis of merit and valid entrance exam scores of accepted entrance exam such as NUCAT. Admission to NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology MBA is on the basis of bachelor's degree obtained with a minimum of 50% aggregate (45% aggregate for candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and Category-1). Candidates must secure valid scores in NUCAT as it is a primary selection criteria after a successful application process.

The deemed-to-be-university conducts NUCAT for admission to UG and PG programmes. NUCAT is a multiple-choice test of 120 minutes comprising 120 questions. The test is conducted in online mode. The shortlisted candidates are further required to appear for the counselling and document verification process. Final seats are allotted on the basis of entrance exam rank.

 NITTE Meenakshi Institute of Technology Bangalore offers two BSc Hons courses. The duration of both these courses is four years each.
