My honest review about my college.
Placements: The placement cell is ruled by our sociology teacher and it was such a bad excuse for a placement cell. The college made me close slightly to my plans. As said before, this college lacks placements. Very few companies come here to recruit. Some are Goldman Sachs, EY, Delloitte, Range, and Wipro. The packages are not that great. The highest package is 3 LPA this year and the least is 1.5 LPA. To conclude, the placements are not as expected here.
Infrastructure: There are hostel facilities within the campus itself. The hostel facility is good (not great) and reasonable too. The food provided in the hostel is amazing. They have just recently built a new canteen which provides us everything required. Stationery, toiletries, etc., are also available in the small malls within the canteen itself. The course curriculum is a bit loose but the gaps are matched via the interaction with other department students.
Faculty: As said before, the faculty is amazingly good. They are very polite, very friendly and helpful. They are always there for us to help out, especially during the project work. The faculty here in this college is all professional and are very well educated. Course curriculum is a bit outdated but professors bring lots of new topics for discussion pedagogy is also a bit outdated considering the fact that lots of other MBA institutes have innovative styles of teaching some of the courses were offered on specific campuses hence creating a lot of convenience to students to travel to different campuses. Faculty of course is the best-rated one be it the dean sir or other visiting faculty members.

Very good place to study and learn. One can have the best personality development here.
Placements: Placements are pretty good here and there are many opportunities for bachelor's degree holders. But for MBA, placement is not that great. The placement coordinator will always be sending you for campus pull which is sometimes difficult to attend. For our batch, we are still attending campus pull. And also, if there is an interview on the college campus, then it happens in the evening, once the classes get over.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. It's a girls college with no restrictions on dress code. Wi-Fi is available in particular area ranges, which ensures that the students are not distracted during classes. The classrooms are neat and clean. The library is there with almost all required books (international writers as well).
Faculty: The faculty members are really very good and helpful in building the personal skills. They always motivate the students to think out of the box. The faculty members will always help the students in developing good presentation skills. The course curriculum is very good as they do not stick to traditional way or course of studies.

    Review of Jyoti Nivas College.
Placements: Companies in various sectors offer opportunities for internships at organizations like NCDEX, Johnson & Johnson, ONGC, BHEL, and Philips. It is a great achievement that all students in the first batch of the college secured decent placements. Some of the companies that participated in the placement process were TCS (range of 8-11 lakhs), Philips (15-18 lakhs), RINL (7-8 lakhs), and Housing.com (15-18 lakhs), among other well-known firms. Some students were also recruited by startups with decent packages. The previous batch was placed in reputed companies such as Amazon, Dell, Accenture, Google, and HCL.
Infrastructure: There are hostel facilities on the campus itself. The hostel accommodations are good (but not great) and reasonably priced. The food provided in the hostel is excellent. A new canteen has recently been built, which offers everything we need. Stationery, toiletries, etc., are also available in the small shops within the canteen. There are two semesters per year, with 6 core subjects and one additional subject focused on behavior development and communication skills. Currently, only three electives are available: finance, marketing, and accounting.
Faculty: The faculty of my college I would say, In the entire journey of my learning JNC faculty is the best because the lecturers and professors are professional in teaching they never neglect any of the topics and they make sure that every student understands the topic so that they can proceed further. They never were rude if any of us asked the same topics over again and again. There are normal tests, then sem exams, and finally semester exams.
