It is an excellent college.
Placements: Around 70% to 80% of students are placed. In the previous year, around 500 offers came from more than 20 companies, with the major recruiters being TCS and Infosys. The highest salary package offered is 7 LPA and the average salary package offered is 5 LPA. The top role offered is a software developer.
Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure with high-speed Wi-Fi facilities and well-furnished classrooms. The library is very well maintained and stacked. The hostel facilities are good. The mess food in the hostel is good and hygienic. There is a health center for students.
Faculty: Our teachers are friendly, supportive, and helpful. The course curriculum is very related to practical application, as our college is autonomous. Semester exams are difficult and can be passed only by studying throughout the year. The pass percentage is 70%.
Other: I chose the IT department because of my interest in the IT industry.

It is a good engineering college in the Madurai area.
Placements: Around 70-75% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Zoho, Infosys, HCL, and TCS. The top roles offered are software developer and software tester.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are well furnished and maintained very well. Every classroom has a projector for smart learning. Our campus is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi facilities. Hostels are also very good. The food quality is better.
Faculty: Faculty members are very kind and helpful. Most of them are doctorates. It is an autonomous college so the course curriculum is prepared according to industrial needs. Semester exams are tough and the pass percentage is around 60%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in the IT sector.

Candidate must have passed HSC (10+2) or its equivalent with above mentioned marks from any recognized Board/council. Candidate who have passed HSC i.e., 10+2 in any one of the Vocational Subject (Basic Mechanical Engineering/ Basic Electrical Engineering/ Basic Electronics Engineering/ Basic Civil Engineering/ Basic Automobile Engineering/ Textile Technology) with any one of the Engineering related subjects namely Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry with above mentioned minimum average percentage put together are also eligible to apply.

Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.
