Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is a value-for-money institute in which higher studies like all bachelor's degrees and all master's degrees are organized by KSOU. B.Com or B.A courses cost an average of 24,000rs to complete, while B.Sc or BBA courses cost 67,100rs and BBA marketing courses cost 34,100rs. M.A. 30,000 and M.Com. 22,800 required fees.

Step 1: Visit the KSOU website and click on the admission portal.
Step 2: Fill out the application and select the nearest Learner Support Centre and Regional Centre.
Step 3: Students need to upload the required self-attested scanned documents.
Step 4: Visit the selected regional centers/headquarters along with the relevant original documents and one set of copies for verification.
Step 5: Pay the stipulated fee after the verification of documents.
Step 6: Candidates can collect roll numbers, study material and ID cards.

After the online document verification, KSOU sends approval to the eligible applicants. Such applicants must confirm their admission by submitting the first-year fee for BCom at KSOU. This includes the first-year tuition fee, admission fee, security deposit, etc. The amount of fee payable at admission is INR 8,900. The first-year fee for BPL Holders (Women), Defense & Ex-servicemen, Auto/Cab Drivers & their families, KSRTC/ BMTC/KKRTC staff is INR 8,290.
