Khalsa College is widely regarded college in Punjab as well as India.

Placements: There are no placements during my batch. However, some excellent students were working there as an assistant professor after their study. They get a very low salary of about Rs.12,000. The college organisation has a placement cell department, but the students got placed in the multinational companies from commercial backgrounds.

Infrastructure: The building of college was built before the independence. The building is very famous that tourist from different countries come to watch the architectural beauty. The lab and libraries are well designed and built with modern facilities. The sports grounds are beautiful, and lots of national and international players are there in the college.

Faculty: The staff of the college are trustworthy and amicable. They are educated and know their subject as they are experts. The methods which teacher used to teach us was very useful that after our studies, it became very useful for us. The curriculum was marvellous.

Other: The infrastructure and the faculty is worth the money you pay in for the studies. It a renown and known institution in Amritsar. Even my father studied in the same college and I feel so proud studying here. Not just the emotions but I personally love the college and the canteen which has amazing food served for students and the faculty. I am glad to be a part of such institution. I would highly recommend u all to join Khalsa College. No1 will ever regret this decision.

Excellent faculty, impressive placements, and good infrastructure at a reasonable fee.

Placements: In my batch, around 85% of students got successfully placed. The highest package offered was approximately 20 LPA, the lowest was around 4 LPA, and the average package hovered near 8 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and Capgemini, along with some core companies like L&T and Siemens. About 70% of students secured internships with reputed firms such as Cognizant, Deloitte, and Bosch. The top roles offered were software developer, data analyst, system engineer, and quality engineer. Overall, the placement scenario was encouraging, with good opportunities for most students.

Infrastructure: The department had well-equipped labs with up-to-date instruments, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart classrooms with projectors. The library was well-stocked with textbooks, journals, and digital resources. In the hostel, the rooms were reasonably spacious, with sufficient water and electricity supply, and Wi-Fi was available. The mess served decent quality food with a balanced menu, and the canteen was also accessible with good hygiene standards. There was a medical center with basic facilities, along with sports grounds for cricket, football, badminton, and indoor games, which helped students relax and stay active. Overall, the infrastructure supported academics as well as personal well-being.

Faculty: Teachers at this college were generally helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable in their respective subjects. They were approachable and willing to support students with doubts or project guidance. The teaching quality was quite good, with a mix of practical and theoretical approaches that helped make the course curriculum relevant and industry-oriented. The curriculum covered most of the current topics and technologies, which was useful for placements and higher studies. As for the exams, they were moderately difficult if you attended classes regularly and prepared properly.

Other: I chose this course because of its strong placement opportunities, experienced faculty, and updated curriculum aligned with industry needs. The best things about the course were the practical exposure, good internship opportunities, and supportive professors. However, I thought the college could improve its campus infrastructure and expand extracurricular activities to support students' all-round development. The campus events and fests were enjoyable, and the peer group was very helpful. Connectivity to the city was decent, and scholarship opportunities were available for deserving students. Overall, it was a good experience.

Our college is very good.

Placements: Many companies visit our college to recruit students. Almost 60% of students got placed from our course. The top role offered is a teacher.

Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are very good, clean, and very hygienic. The hostel has 24X7 electricity, Wi-Fi, etc. They provide nutritious and tasty food. Classrooms are air-conditioned. All seats are comfortable. The library is available in our college, where books are free of cost. Our college provides good medical facilities.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and very friendly. Every teacher has to pass the TAT exam to get a job. The course is not very difficult. We can't score good marks without studying. Our teachers prepare us for our exams, so exams are easy.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a teacher in Punjab. The course is not much difficult. We can get a good job with a high salary package. Our college provides scholarships to students, so they have to Rs. 30,000 as a college fee. Students who won't get scholarships should pay Rs. 1,00,000. There are around 340 students in our course. Our college conducts sports programs every year to promote players. The crowd is high.
