Review of Kejriwal Institute of Management and Development Studies.

Placements: Almost all the students who completed their PGDM course from this institute get placed in well-reputed organisations with good salary packages. The placement percentage was 95% for the student of batch 2017-19. The highest salary package offered was around 10 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 2.5 LPA. Many reputed companies like ICICI Bank, Janlakhsmi Bank, HDFC Bank, Vmart, Pantaloons, Fashion Big Bazaar, Easy Day, One India Family Mart, Maruti Suzuki, Asian Paints, Britania, Aprillia Motors, SEBI, Arvind Smart Textiles, Byju's and many more visit the campus for placements. All students were offered the managerial post in different sectors according to their specialisation. The great thing about this college is they provide internship opportunities in a reputed organisation to every student. The duration of the summer internships is three months, and the duration of the winter internships is one month. However, not all organisations paid the stipend to interns, and the stipend depends upon the organisation norms and policies. Last year, the highest stipend offered was around Rs. 25,000 per month by Zomato. The college has a placement cell which coordinates with different organisations and students to match the best job profile and make a good relationship.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this institute is awesome. The campus is lush-green with a peaceful environment as it is situated outside the city. Classrooms are well-equipped with the latest technology and comforts. The college has a computer lab with the latest version of the software and operating system. The college has a library, and it is equipped with important books related to academics. The library also has motivational books, novels that enhance our knowledge and skills.

Faculty: All the faculty members are very helpful and well-qualified. They use a practical approach to teaching rather than explaining just theoretical concepts. They provide individual guidance to all students. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:10. The students of this institution get industry exposure by visiting different industries and from internships programme. The course curriculum is very useful to groom the personality and enhance our knowledge and skills. That also helps to be capable of working in any organisation.

Other: KIMDS Ranchi waives off 30% of the fee as a scholarship for the students who qualified for the KAT exam. Many extracurricular activities and events are organised in this institute like different types of indoor and outdoor games competitions, dance and singing competitions, debate and group discussions, quiz competitions and many others.

Other: Good faculty members, their teaching method is interactive. College campus is just like god gifted place as it is away from city so there is no noise and disturbance. College Library is one of the best in Eastern Region. Accommodation is just like for Managers, Single Room for each student with beautiful furniture. I Just love my college.

Our college has good infrastructure, placements, and faculty members.

Placements: The average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies were JIO, Tata, Airtel, Mahindra, HAL, L&T, etc. Many companies visited our college to recruit students. Our college provides internships in the banking sector, coal mines, etc. The top role offered was JIO head manager of the Ranchi department.

Infrastructure: Our college provides the best facilities and infrastructure. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel is in good condition with the best facilities. The food served in the canteen is good. Our college has a sports ground with a lot of sports kits.

Faculty: All teachers are helpful and qualified with technical knowledge. It does not make us relevant. Some exams are difficult for those who do not give attention to their studies. Semester exams are hard. The pass percentage is not high.

Other: I opted for this course because I want to become a businessman. Extracurricular activities are held every month in our college.
