The best college for all types of students.
Placements: The college is good for placements, but because of covid, we find many difficulties regarding our internships and placements. So for our batch, it's quite a sad experience. But our seniors got jobs in renowned companies with higher packages. So, the courses are quite good. In my course, marketing and HR play an important role for me because I have chosen both of them as a core paper.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in our college are good, and they provide many facilities like bus, canteen, sports, games and medical too. So, we are enjoying those services and get benefited. Wi-Fi and library facilities are available in our college.
Faculty: The teachers are qualified enough, and they help in every nook and corner of our course. They have good knowledge and experience, and the teaching techniques are quite interesting. We all enjoy their teaching style. Many activities are conducted by the teachers related to our course and growth in career.
Other: I chose this course because I find it helpful for my career growth and personality development. The best thing in my course is we are growing and learning by our self, and we see an improvement in ourselves. So for me, it's the best thing. I wish they take more PPT sessions so that we can improve more. Events, fests and other activities are held in our college.

Usha Martin University attempts to develop the complete personality of its graduates.
Placements: Priyanka Mam of our college played a vital role in synchronizing different segments of training and placement cell. UMU offers a wide range of programs like MBA, BPT pharmacy, engineering in mining and mechanical, BAJMC, B.Com, etc. In respect to these courses, the university has created its training and placement cell, which mainly focuses on training students for corporate jobs while developing their skills needed to clear personal interviews. The cumulative impact of such efforts helps to achieve almost 100% placements of willing students. SBI, ICICI, Outlook, Axis Bank and Reliance are some of the top recruiting companies which visited UMU.
Infrastructure: UMU Ranchi has the infrastructure of international standard. The campus is facilitated with Wi-Fi and cafeteria where students can enjoy delightful hot drinks. Apart from these, UMU campus comprised of hygienic mess and canteen along with sports complex. Students may apply for any of the courses offered by UMU and enjoy a wonderful campus life.
Faculty: UMU faculty members are highly motivated and constantly endeavour to create new knowledge within the facilities available. Guest lectures are arranged by inviting senior persons who are highly inspirational. As a part of teaching-learning strategy, the course curriculum of all programmes is reviewed periodically and reported to the academic council. To the extent possible, industry-friendly components are added.
Other: The university provides ample opportunities for the educational growth of its students to ensure their placements with reputed employer groups. In addition to motivating them, highly intellectual and inspirational speakers are invited at regular interval of time to guide UMU students. Moreover, ragging free campus has been created, and separate arrangements have been made to transport male and female students.

It is an average college in every aspect.
Placements: Placements are okay as per the fee structure and other criteria. Not many companies visit the campus, but satisfactory placements are provided. I hope the college improves in every term in the future and sets a higher goal.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the campus is okay. The campus is not huge but has all the resources like a volleyball court, canteen, ground, Wi-Fi, library etc. Hygienic food is served in the canteen at nominal prices. Hostel facilities are yet to be provided. There are no such infrastructural issues as the college is equipped with all the basic amenities required.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very helpful and reliable. Both the new technology and the old board and marker system are used to teach. The student to faculty ratio is good. The programme of industrial visits is included in the curriculum. The course is useful as well as beneficial for our future (in the workplace ).
Other: Activities, events and guests lectures are organised on a regular basis.
