Review of KIPM College of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: Our college had not provided good placements. Around 5-15% of students got placed in small companies or contractors with a salary package of 1.4 LPA - 1.8 LPA. Top companies had not visited our college to recruit students. Only small companies or some contractors like KP Reliable visited our college to hire students. During the work, companies treated students like laborers. Around 30% of students got internships from our college. During internships, we used to pay the companies. Top roles offered were to design and maintain the machines, which students enjoyed the most.

Infrastructure: There was no Wi-Fi in our college. Our college had decent labs with decent machines. All classrooms were good and spacious. Our college had a peaceful library, which had a good collection of books and magazines. The hostel was decent, but the food served in the mess was below average. The campus had a medical store. There were no games or sports in our college. Our college had not provided a single volleyball game. If you want to play during a lunch break, you have to bring it with you.

Faculty: Teachers were helpful and knowledgeable. Their teaching quality was excellent. The course made students industry-ready as well as life-ready. Semester exams were quite difficult, but our college provided free of cost extra classes for weak students. The pass percentage was 33%.

Other: I opted for this course because of my passion for machines and technology from childhood. The best thing about our course is that we can learn many things about science and technology. Our college conducts only a fresher party, but you have to do it yourself because our college doesn't contribute anything. Our college surroundings are good and are surrounded by other colleges and schools. Our college provides scholarships to students, but sometimes students may get them, and sometimes they won't get them. I got only one scholarship in four years.

I am dissatisfied because core companies did not come to our college for placement.

Placements: I have been placed in a company but it was not my core branch. College does't provide good placements. It does not have good approach to placed it's students in particular company. Mostly BPO company has been approached by the college management. In so many cases it is found that student didn't get good salary package from the company where they are paced by college.

Infrastructure: It is a 3 floor building which has large classroom with projector in every classroom. It has 4 library rooms. Manufacturing labs are also there for students of mechanical branch as well as lab for other branch are also there. There are totally 4 computer labs which are fully air conditioning.

Faculty: It also offers Polytechnic course in civil and production. In year 2014 it has started to offer M.pharma. The faculty members are well qualified even most of them have completed their education from mmm engineering college.

Other: It always conduct fest in month of September and scholarship is given to everyone.

KIPM college of engineering is the best choice in purvanchal UP and west Bihar.

Placements: 1. The highest percentage of my branch is 88%. 2. The highest package of my branch 13 lacs per annum and the lowest package is 7 acs per annum. 3. Maruti suzuki, Rajendra Toyota, TATA steel and TATA gallant companies offered job in my college in my branch. 4.98% of student got internship from North east Railways, Verdant motor and TATA Steel. 5. Top role of my course is Manufacturing process, Thermodynamics advance welding, Industrial engineering and IC Engine.

Infrastructure: 1 the Facilities are best 2. Better room, clean environment, Better Foods, Sports are above excellent, Medical facility is the better. 3. Every teacher is teaching with clarity and satisfied to Student, Teacher give answer the question asked by the student.

Faculty: Everything Teacher is the best in teaching, Every teacher help in semester preparation. The teacher help in every situation of the student. Teachers are very loyal and honestly. The Teacher us best in gaming and other extra circulars activities. Teacher loves with the student.

Other: In my college in every branch has a special Society I. e. my Society is mighty mecha .
