It was an extremely disappointing experience.
Placements: Placement is extremely low. Last year, due to COVID, there was zero placement, and currently as well, the placement is extremely poor. Poor-quality internships are offered by the institute as well. I would not recommend it if placement is your main objective.
Infrastructure: Classes are good as they are air-conditioned and neat and clean. However, the college is situated on just one floor of Mithibai College, which does not have good infrastructure, and there are no grounds or sports facilities. The college does not even have its own canteen.
Faculty: The course is pretty updated, but the teaching methods are still very old-school, and the teachers are also biassed towards their favourite students. Exams are also very stressful, as no preparatory leave is given by the college for the exams, making it very difficult to study.

It is the best college for top law firms.
Placements: Around 70% of students get placed in our college. The lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA and the highest salary package is 18 LPA. The recruiting companies are AZB, SAM, CAM, and many other corporate companies. Every student gets good internships. The roles offered are legal advisor, associate at a law firm, etc.
Infrastructure: Classes are now conducted on the 9th floor or the Mithibai building but from the next academic session, they may shift to a new building. Wi-Fi is always provided in our college. It has 2 libraries, one on the 8th floor, and the other on the 2nd floor. Our college has affiliated expensive hostels. It has a table tennis room.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are helpful. Majority of them are very good but some of them are not good. The course curriculum is good. Semester exams are moderate. Students can pass exams if they study regularly. Students have to do internships to get practical court experience to be ready for industries.
Other: Events organised in our college are good. Campus crowd is huge. I'm not aware of any scholarships.

Satisfied but could do better .
Placements: About 50% of the last batch got placed in law firms, out of which about 10 went to tier one law firms. The average salary is 9 lakh per year. The upper limit for starting package is 16 lakh. There recruiters include deloitte, ALMT legal, Nishant Desai and associates, Trilegal.
Infrastructure: Library is well built and spacious, classrooms are clean and properly maintained, however during monsoon some classes experience leakage. The Wi-Fi is fast. Hostels are average, too many girls have to share one bathroom. There are many canteens. However there is no medical room in college.
Faculty: The curriculum is versatile, and for legal subjects there are practicing advocates teaching specialised subjects. The exams are challenging but easy to pass for those who pay attention in class. College offers specialised subjects in the last two years according to choice of specialisation .
Other: Since college is in the mithibai building, there is always a fest or event happening. KPMSOL has clubs for all interests they have a growing sports fest along with more academic clubs.

I am satisfied with college but not a good campus life.
Placements: College placements are good. They have a very beneficial placement cell. Some students were placed in the 4th year itself and were waiting to finish the 5th year. Placement cell helps in finding internships. Companies like Khaitan and co come for placements. The average salary package offered is 13 LPA. Around 82% of students are placed every year.
Infrastructure: College provided us with Wi-Fi, research data, etc. College canteen is good. We have a floor for law. Hostel facility is not good you have to look for accommodation somewhere else. There is no playground.
Faculty: The course is well designed. We have to make research papers, give viva of each subject, and presentations. The course curriculum is well planned. It prepares you to multi-task. You have to maintain 80% attendance in every subject otherwise they won't let you sit for exams. They are very strict about it. Faculty is knowledgeable.
Other: Campus crowd is very nice. College is situated in vile parle, one of the prime locations in Mumbai. It has various committees. The annual cultural fest Meraki is held once a year. There is a parakram, the annual sports fest. It has a moot court and also there is a center for excellence committee which held a seminar twice a year.

Review of Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, NMIMS.
Placements: The placement report of this year is yet to come out. The recruitment companies are well known, and even top-tier law firms hire students from here. Firms like AZB & Partners, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Khaitan & Co., and many others are among the top recruiters.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and classrooms are good. The college does not exactly have its own hostels but has tied up with some private entities to provide the facilities. Classrooms are air-conditioned with smart boards. The classes take place on the top floor of Mithibai College.
Faculty: Teachers are hard-working. They always motivate us to study and participate in class. They guide you with any subject or help that would be needed in order to move up the ladder of hard work and success. Exams will be taking place offline from this year, after about two years since COVID brought everything online.
Other: There is no campus. It is just a floor of Mithibai College.
