Lenient student-friendly without attendance worries.
Placements: KC Colleges' B.Com placement rate is modest (10%), salary figure is 4.5 to 5.8 LPA on average, and the top offers of 6 to 8 LPA are solid. College sees interest from prestigious firms (Big 4 and top banks/IT), and a majority of students secure internships. Roles are typical of commerce graduates, finance, audit, analysis, and banking.
Infrastructure: Overall, KC College offers a robust academic infrastructure. Excellent library, modern labs, spacious classrooms, and impressive event space. Canteen and medical facilities are well-functioning, and indoor sports are well-supported. However, the lack of an official hostel is a drawback, outstation students must arrange off-campus accommodation, which can be inconsistent in quality, cost, and availability. If you're planning to relocate for studies, it's best to secure a trusted PG early or consider areas with well-reviewed lodging options near Churchgate.
Faculty: B.Com course at Kishinchand Chellaram College (KC College) offers a strong academic experience with qualified and helpful faculty who use interactive teaching methods. Autonomous curriculum is industry-relevant, combining theory with practical exposure, making students well-prepared for professional roles. Semester exams are moderately difficult, and pass percentage is high (around 80 to 90%), reflecting effective teaching and student support. Overall, KC College provides a balanced and career-focused commerce education.
Other: Students often choose B.Com programme for its prestige, strong brand value, and alignment with professional qualifications like CA/CFA.

One of the best colleges for BAMMC in Mumbai.
Placements: Our head provides us with details about ongoing campaigns and opportunities to work with big companies like The Times of India and others. Our college ensures that everyone gets employed based on their interests and choices. It is compulsory for all students who have passed the second year to complete an internship based on their course in order to continue to the third year.
Infrastructure: Facilities are 10/10. We have air-conditioned classrooms and a library. The food in the canteen is hygienic and tasty. We have Wi-Fi facility available, access to all editing software, and subscriptions to magazines and newspapers, which are helpful for everyone. We have a lift in our college, and everyone is allowed to use it.
Faculty: Teachers are well-trained and specialized in subjects they teach us. We get on-field experience as well. They make sure we are exam-ready and conduct various activities to help us understand each topic in detail. Teachers are helpful and always there for us.
Other: Fests in this college are amazing, and it is one of reasons why we all love our college. As I have noticed, our batch students are more visible in lectures than in other activities, which suggests that lectures are more interesting. We have an entirely separate campus for BAMMC, BAFTNMP, IT, and B.Voc students, located in one of the prime locations of Mumbai Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway.

Overall, it is a great college.
Placements: A decent number of internships have been offered by the placement cell of the college from reputed companies, and with a well-paying stipend. There are a lot of sales and social media-related internships. There are only a few internships related to the financial markets.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-built with air-conditioned classrooms and modern equipment for teaching, such as projectors, big screens, etc. The college maintains cleanliness. It is very well at maintaining their infrastructure. I did not opt for a hostel.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. The course curriculum is very relevant as it gives us tasks like preparing a presentation and explaining it to teachers on real-life-based scenarios, which makes students ready for corporate life.

I am absolutely satisfied after getting admission into KC College.
Infrastructure: Our college has been under construction for almost a year now. Half of its renovation is complete. The library was quite a calm place to study, but now it is under repair. Some classrooms have AC. Along with our daily class labs, there is a huge lab on the 6th floor too. Labs are well-equipped with culture media, reagents, glassware, and machines like UV spectrophotometer, laminar air flow, hot air oven, autoclave, and incubators. All are in good condition and undergo routine safety checkups.
Faculty: For B.Sc. Biotechnology, there are 6 semesters, two in each year. The faculty is really helpful, and they guide us through all of it. The teaching skills of teachers and their experience in labs are remarkable. Exams have questions from the reference books the teachers provide, previous year questions (PYQs), and what they teach us in classes. The level of difficulty is easy to medium and not that difficult.
Other: Biology mesmerizes me. I want to know how biology is applied in the present world. Hence, I decided to take biotechnology. The campus crowd is also good, and there are respectful people around me. The events are a great way to socialize with seniors and classmates. The infrastructure is good, with great facilities. I have been in KC College since 11th standard. After junior college, I decided to complete my bachelor's degree in biotechnology at this college. In my FY batch, there are around 40 students. Many events and clubs in our college host fun activities, and we gain credit from them.

Institution offers growth.
Placements: The college organises a combined meet for UG and PG final year students wherein various companies come to take the interview, and if they are qualified up to the mark, they are shortlisted for further opportunities. The college teachers and management not only arrange the meet but they also help mold students in every possible way for their better future.
Infrastructure: The college has a wide range of study material available in the library as well as the set question papers to solve as a reference. The sports room is well-equipped, and the college canteen is quite affordable. There are various labs according to the desired course and a huge auditorium hall.
Faculty: The level of exams is moderate, but the faculty makes sure that they explain each and every topic. Every topic is covered by using catchy examples. The minimum passing marks are 24 out of 60. The management tries to make the curriculum connect with day-to-day life and current scenarios. The professors are not stuck only to the textbook concepts; they also relate to recent examples, which makes understanding easier.
Other: There are multiple events taking place apart from the fest, and there is a unit focused on social service and the welfare of society. Overall, it's a wonderful, great environment to study and lots to learn!

A tour of the Colaba Campus Of KC.
Placements: Roles in content writing, PR, business development, and brand management are offered. Almost 89% of the students who sit for placements get hired. The average package is about 2.5 LPA, and the highest depends on the role and the interview.
Infrastructure: As students of media, we were encouraged to think outside the box. We have a photo studio for learning the art of photography. The food in the canteen is pretty tasty too. The library is open from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for students. Though we only had a building rather than a campus, it was still an amazing place to study. There were some really amazing spots to roam around.
