Its an average and good campus for enjoyment and study.

Placements: In B.Tech civil engineering, there is less scope for the placements. So there are no placements. But placements for other branches are good. Some of my friends are placed in many software development companies.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure in my college is good with well-equipped labs for all branches. Good and big library, almost every book will be available there, good ground for playing. There is ground for playing cricket, football, volleyball and Indoor stadium for Indoor games. The hostel is good and very clean but no Wi-Fi for hostel.

Faculty: There are well experienced and trained faculty in both classes and labs. Every faculty has min 2yrs experience in their respective teaching field They are very ready to solve our problems and they guide us very well in every situation. They are supportive as well.

Guntur Engineering College is the educational capital of the region.

Placements: Placements play an important role in the campus. At least 5-8 companies visit the college and select candidates as per their requirements. Many companies like Geoinfosys, Tech Mahindra, Isuzu Motors, Polaris, JK Fenner, etc., visit the campus and select candidates. The highest salary offered is Rs. 25,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 4-5 acres. It has good transport facilities from Vijayawada, Guntur, Tenali, Chilakaluri Peta and also Narasarao Peta. Our college has the best labs compared to the colleges present in the vicinity. The campus has 3 blocks. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls are also available within the campus.

Faculty: Faculty members are highly experienced. A majority of them are doctorates and master's degree holders with a lot of professional experience. They have published many research papers on their names. They are ready to help students in their academics and extracurricular activities also.

Other: Our college is the only one to have an MSME Incubation Centre in the whole region. We also have a Dassault Systems 3D-experience centre.

Our college is somewhat better than others colleges.

Placements: The placements are provided, but they do not give call letters. This happened many times. For the civil branch, only one company visited our college and selected 10 students. They said that would give a call, but they did not do and didn't even respond properly if students called them.

Infrastructure: We have many labs, but machines are not working properly. We complained to management many times, but it is of no use. For any medical emergency, we have a car in our college, but it is of no use. We have Wi-Fi facilities for some areas. Classrooms are nice. We need some more books in the library. We have sports and games facilities.

Faculty: In our college, the faculty explain us well, but the classes are not conducted well. The faculty of all other branches teach students well except the civil branch. The faculty available in our department are not interested in taking more classes. We did not get industrial exposure.

Other: Our college conducts events and fest. The scholarships are provided to students. For extracurricular activities, our college did not give money, they collected money from students.
