Our college is good, not that bad.

Placements: Our class percentage of students is around 120, and the highest is in computer science engineering; the present count is about 120 students. computer science and data science engineering were new when we took admission, and for internships, the college provided many companies.

Infrastructure: Teachers are good, leaving some; our infrastructure is awesome, and Wi-Fi is okay. Labs are excellent, and the library is also decent, not at a high level, but good. The canteen is very decent; they should update that one thing, and the hostels are not good and need to be updated.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful, and they are even qualified. We have some faculty members who are qualified but don't teach properly, and most of our students will make themselves industry-ready. The semesters are not too difficult to clear; they are decent.

Other: I have selected computer science and data science; this was the new branch in our college, and the faculty was good.

KNSIT CSE - Review - What students really experience.

Placements: As I am from the first batch of our course CSE-this till now I haven't seen any students placed from my batch. If I talk about top companies for recruitment are IBM, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, and Wipro for our course. Top roles would be data scientist, data engineer, and data analyst. I don't have any idea about the exact packages. But roughly I could tell 6 LPA to 8 LPA the highest and average would be 3 LPA to 5 LPA.

Infrastructure: Honestly, labs are very well designed with enough computers but the problem is we don't have the proper software installed in them. Only less amount of Wi-Fi is available and classrooms are average. Library is just wow. Hostel is pretty good but I am not a hostelite so can't be particular about any facility. If I talk about food I have experienced a kind of okay food in the canteen of KNS.

Faculty: Some teachers are very helpful and super qualified for their job. But there are some faculty members who are just coming for the sake of the salary and not for the passion. It makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams are average, and we can easily pass them. Just a little bit of hard work needed.

Other: I have lot of interest in data analysis so I have chosen this course. I wish I would have got more improvement in my communication and course knowledge. Events are also good but I can be more well organised.

Satisfied because of some good lecturers but not happy with placements, events, and fests.

Placements: Till now, my seniors did not get jobs. There are poor placements. I would not suggest to join this college. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. There are no good recruiting companies in our college. Students did not get internships in good companies. All my seniors are searching for jobs after graduation.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not very good. There are no proper systems or computers. The library does not have enough books. There is no proper Wi-Fi, food, and cleanliness. There are outdated buildings and classrooms. There is poor maintenance and cleanliness. We have insufficient parking and transportation options. There are limited Wi-Fi and technology resources. We get inadequate recreational and sports facilities.

Faculty: There is limited availability for consultations. Teachers have poor communication and teaching styles. They do favoritism and biased grading. They have outdated teaching methods and give inadequate feedback on assignments. There are unclear expectations for assessments. We have irrelevant or outdated course material. They give overemphasis on theory, lacking practical.

Other: There are no fests at all. If they conduct a fest, it just feels like not to attend it. Course-wise, it is good.

The teachers are really knowledgeable and helpful; there is a need for improvement in infrastructure

Placements: Right now, the placements aren't that great, and since our batch is the first, we are unsure how placements will develop. However, the placements in our college should improve. The highest package might go up to 10 to 12 lakhs, while the average package offered is between 3 to 4 LPA.

Infrastructure: They are making an effort to improve the infrastructure, but it still doesn't meet the standards expected of a college. We do have basic necessities like drinking water and campus Wi-Fi, but the college should provide other essential facilities like a canteen and a Xerox shop. Improvements in the infrastructure of the washrooms are also very necessary.

Faculty: The teachers, though not sufficiently qualified, are knowledgeable, helpful, and eager to assist us with our studies. The teaching is excellent. However, the VTU curriculum is outdated, which limits our hands-on experience with multiple projects. It would be really helpful if workshops were conducted in the college.

Overall, the college is good.

Placements: Placements are average. Placement starts in the 7th semester. The placement officer is good; he provides more information about placements. The highest package is 12 lakhs, and the average is 6 lakhs. Computer Science-related courses have pretty good placements. Overall, placements are good.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of KNS Institute of Technology is also good. It has a vast garden with a well-maintained environment. The college has 3 blocks. The 1st one is Block A, which contains Mechanical and Civil-related branch classes. The 2nd one is Block B, which contains Computer Science-related branches, and the 3rd one is Block C with EC and AIML branches.

Faculty: Faculty are the best things in the KNS Institute of Technology. It has very good faculty members. Faculties are very friendly, and almost all are well-qualified. The 1st and 2nd semesters are easy, then we enter our main branches, and it becomes a little bit tough.

Five stars, all is good. If anyone wants to join here.

Placements: Descriptions and courses were good. But I chose Science. The highest package was around 1 LPA, and the lowest package was Rs. 70,000. It was not just about the package, we had to focus on building ourselves up.

Infrastructure: All facilities were available in the beautiful college. The hostel had good facilities, and students participated in sports and other activities. If anyone wanted to join, they could join us to build their career. Classrooms were good. The canteen, food, staff, and medical care were also satisfactory.

Faculty: We just had to understand concepts, and we could build anything through study. The best thing about my course, Science, was that it was not very difficult. We just had to understand the question paper, and answers would come automatically. The pass percentage was 35%, just enough to pass. It made students industry-ready.

Other: The study environment was beautiful, and teachers and sports facilities were good. My personal and contact details were correct and authentic.
