I'm satisfied with one of the best colleges in Coimbatore.

Placements: Placement training hasn't started in our class, so I'm unable to answer this question. In my college, on average, 5 LPA is placed as per the information that seniors told. Many of them got internships in local digital solutions in Coimbatore city.

Infrastructure: When it comes to the hostel, it is one of the best in Coimbatore, where everyone is delighted to have food in a greenish environment. This plays a huge role in choosing a hostel. All staff maintain the cleanliness of the area with repeated washing and cleaning.

Faculty: All faculty members here have arrived from premier institutions like NITs, IITs, IIITs, and many international visiting professors also visit our college and take classes during some semesters. Both the curriculum and exams are relevant and excellent.

Absolutely good faculty, placements, and infrastructure with facilities.

Placements: Students in my B.E. Engineering course at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology get placed. The highest percentage score is above 95%, and the lowest is around 50%. The average percentage is below 50%. Companies like Google hire engineers from here.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection is very good in my college, and we have AC labs and high-tech infrastructure. The classrooms are also high-tech, providing a peaceful study. The hostel and food quality are excellent. Medical facilities, sports, and games receive extra care. The mess and canteen are hygienic.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and experienced mentors who help students gain knowledge. The college curriculum is relevant. Students are very interested in going for internships. It is very tough to study, and since my college is autonomous, semester exams are a little difficult to pass.

Other: I am choosing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering. My aim is to become a software engineer, so I am choosing this course. I learn many new things in the CSE course. It is very good.

KPR - Top placements and growth.

Placements: In my department, around 80 to 90% of students were placed. The highest package is 54 LPA. The average package ranges from 6 LPA to 5 LPA. The lowest package is 4.5 LPA. Top companies are Accenture, Capgemini, Deloitte, HCL, HP, etc. Around 50% of students got internships in their final year.

Infrastructure: Many facilities like Wi-Fi 24/7 are there. Many labs are available and all are fully equipped. They can be used by students anytime after college. Each classroom has a projector and most of the professors use it and each class has an outer. Wi-Fi is available in the hostel. It has neat and clean rooms. Food is good moreover safety is very good.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in academics and also other activities. Professors are well-trained and educated. The course curriculum is very good in our college and it is helpful for placements also. Semester exams are a little bit difficult but can be manageable. Pass percentage is 50%.

Other: I would like to join the IT field so I chose this course. There are many events other than studies conducted in our college both technical and non-technical events. There are many clubs in my college, like Sangamam and Ignitron one is for technical and another one is for non-technical.

KPRIET - You can get everything that you expect in your college life.

Placements: Here, the placements are promising. Nearly 85% - 90% of the students here get placements. The highest package here is 54,00,000, and the average package is 6,00,000. The top recruiters here are Amazon and many more. Many of the students get internship opportunities in their 3rd year, and students do get internships in foreign countries.

Infrastructure: Here, students will get access to Wi-Fi for studying purposes and only digital classrooms. The library here is okay compared to other colleges. Here, students who come in the sports quota can get full guidance and support, and not only sports quota students, everybody can use it. The hostel is slightly strict for girls. Mess food is being prepared by maintaining proper hygiene, and the taste will be okay. Small issues like fever, cough will be treated in college by the medical room, and severe issues will be addressed immediately.

Faculty: Teachers are more knowledgeable and also they're much more friendly with the students. They do engage with students and talk with students to get to know what all is in their minds. Teaching will also be good here. They help you improvise your ideas regarding any of the projects, etc. They do make a student industry-ready by arranging lectures with industry people, so we can gain more than a college teaches. Semester exams are moderate, and it has a very good pass percentage, it seems.

Other: Here, students will get the opportunity to get engaged in many of the cultural fests. They do care about the enjoyment side. Intake is less compared to other colleges, so they take care of students very well.

We are receiving good placement offers.

Placements: Nearly 98% of the students get placed in all academic years. It is truly a good experience at this college. HCL, ACCENTURE, TENSORFLOW, and ZOHO are some of the top recruiters for our course. The top roles offered are software-developer and application-developer.

Infrastructure: The food facilities are really good. As a hosteller, I find my food very tasty, but on the other hand, it is very healthy with less oil used. There are ample special labs like IoT, networking, and AR VR labs, with lots of facilities available after working hours.

Faculty: We are following the new educational policy in the year 2020, which will help us acquire student exchange programs and a lot of other new educational facilities. As an autonomous institution, we have the facility to create our own syllabus so we can learn what we need.

Other: I chose this because we have good placement offers.

Good placement, infrastructure, and poor network.

Placements: 80% of the students have been placed in various companies. The highest package is 54 LPA, the average is 20 LPA, and the lowest is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies: Accenture, Zoho, Cisco, PayPal, HCL, etc. Most everyone gets their internships. It is a must to hold the degree. I am currently in my 2nd year; in our 3rd semester, we guys all did our internships at various colleges. Software developer, data analyst, etc. are the top roles offered.

Infrastructure: The college is famous for its green campus and modern infrastructure and facilities. The network is a little poor but we have access to college Wi-Fi, which is good. We have a central library and a departmental library. Separate labs for each domain, such as ml, cloud computing, AR VR, etc. Separate hostel facilities for boys and girls and separate hostels for international students. We have a nurse in our hostel and a separate medical room. We have a good and spacious mess with Indian cuisine and international cuisine. We have a wide range of sports for indoor and outdoor use, with gym facilities.

Faculty: We have friendly staff and most of them are Ph.D. holders and knowledgeable. The teaching is also good and interactive. Yes, the course is related to the curriculum and industry. The semester exams are a bit difficult because we get external question papers from other colleges.

Other: I chose CSE because I am interested in programming. The best thing about this course is that we can learn more about technologies and innovation.

The college is full of greenery, has good placement, and is well facilitated.

Placements: The highest package for our college during my period in 2023 was INR 54 lakh per annum, which was cracked by three people from the departments of CSE and ECE. So, I think the college put in pretty much as much effort to prepare their alumni for higher placement. But at last, all depends upon your skill and knowledge.

Infrastructure: The college is spread out over around 177 acres (approximately). And yes, the college is pretty decent; as I said, it has good labs and research facilities. The operating machines are well updated and easy to use. It cares about student physical health, so it has a very well-maintained playground. The classes are big enough to accumulate 50–55 students. The hostel is good, and it is maintained from time to time.

Faculty: The faculty members have a well-researched background and an ocean of knowledge in their particular domain. The teaching quality is good enough that you can score an 8 CGPA, but if you want more, you need to give extra time at home, and the pass percentage is above 80%. The course curriculum is well relevant to their respective domains. College also prepares you for the corporate world.

Other: I chose CSE because I was a computer student in college, which means that I would have decent knowledge of technology, software, and coding. The best thing about the CSE is that it enhances your knowledge in every field and makes one of them your core. But they should improve their academic schedule and reduce their work loads, which will give them more time to hone their skills. The fest happens every year, events happen from time to time, and the campus crowd is enough to enjoy.

Good placements and good infrastructure.

Placements: In the Computer Science Department, around 90% of students are placed. In our college, top recruiting companies such as Zoho, Autodesk, Virtusa, IBM, etc. offer top roles in software development, web development, UX design, IT project management, etc. The highest package offered is INR 30 lakhs per annum, the lowest package is INR 4 Lacs per annum, and the average package is INR 6 Lacs per annum. Many of the students are getting internships in the IT sector to develop their skills.

Infrastructure: On our campus, our faculty members are well trained and possess great knowledge, which is helpful for students to develop their skills. Our infrastructure is good and got a 100–150 ranking in the NIRF. Both the quality of the hostel food and the hostel rooms are good on our campus.

Faculty: Our teachers are well-trained, and some of them possess industrial experience, which is helpful to the students in developing their skills. The semester result depends on the students. In our college, the pass percentage of the students is 90 percent.

Other: I want to develop my knowledge and skills in the computer technology field, so I chose this course.
