Loyola Institute of Business Administration (LIBA) offers decent placements annually to its PGDM students. More than 60 companies participated during the 2025 placement process and offered jobs across several sectors like Banking, Financial, Services and IT, etc. The highest and average package offered was INR 21 LPA and INR 11.2 LPA.

The LIBA Chennai Executive Diploma course admission is subject to fulfilment of eligibility and selection criteria. As per the eligibility criteria, candidates who have graduated in any discipline from a recognised university with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate are eligible to apply for the programme. 

Further, they must fill out an online application form with all the appropriate details. The fee to apply is INR 944. Once the application portal is closed, the admissions committee shortlists students. These shortlisted students are further evaluated via the PI round. At last, the selected candidates must make the payment of the fee to secure admission.

LIBA Chennai offers courses at PG, diploma and doctoral levels. The institute offers PGDM, PGDM Weeked, PGP, Executive Diploma, FPM and PhD programmes. Candidates need to complete graduation to apply for PG programmes. Admission to most of the courses of LIBA is entrance-based. Aspirants can apply online for the preferred course.

LIBA Chennai offers seats to candidates based on their scores in CAT or XAT for PGDM programmes. Aspirants can also appear for LIBA Admission Test for PGDM (Gulf/ FN/ OCI) programme. Selected candidates also need to pass WAT followed by GDPI. 

The institute shortlists candidates for PGDM Weekend and FPM programmes based on their entrance test scores and performance in the PI round. Selected candidates have to pay course fees to confirm their seat. 

Candidates seeking admission to Executive Diploma courses at LIBA Chennai must have obtained an UG degree in any discipline from a recognised university. You must have secured a minimum of 50% marks aggregate are eligible to apply for the EDIM programme.
