UGC NET Cutoff Marks 2026: The authority will release the UGC NET 2026 June session cutoff along with the result at ugcnet.nta.nic.in. Also, the final answer key will be announced. The cut off marks will be released in the form of PDF. The NTA UGC NET exam was conducted from June 22 to June 30, 2026. Candidates who will score equal to or more than the cutoff marks according to the subject are eligible for the posts of assistant professor or both JRF and assistant professor. The cutoff will be released to determine the eligibility of the candidates to become Assistant Professors and get the Fellowship award to complete a Ph.D. at the expense of the Indian government.

UGC NET Minimum Qualifying Marks for Paper 1 & 2
The candidates securing more than 40 per cent marks in Paper 1 and Paper 2 UGC NET exam become eligible to qualify for the exam. However, to qualify for the UGC NET 2026 the candidates have to secure the UGC NET cut-off marks.
The UGC NET cut off marks and final answer key will be released along with the declaration of the result. The authority conducts the UGC NET exam twice in a year to determine the eligibility of a candidate for roles including assistant professor and Junior Research Fellowship. UGC NET Results for June 2026 will be declared after the commencement of the examination and it will be available for candidates to download via official website of UGC NET. Candidates required their login credentials including the application number and date of birth to download their result.
