Good infrastructure,average placements, average faculty,good curriculum
Placements: Placement is not so good here. Last year highest package offered was of 12 lakhs, average is 5 lakhs. Many students got more package from off campus and internships are not on campus. You have to crack internship off campus. Some students even got placed in Google, Amazon etc off campus.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of college campus is pretty good. Campus is beautiful, it has 11 seminar halls and many big classes but hostel is not soo good. It is so costly and they give 4 sharing rooms for freshers. Even they don't give hostel for boys after 1st year. The mess food is not so good.
Faculty: The teachers here are not so knowledgeable. Some are so good and some are not that good. Curriculum is very good, it has all the gate subjects in it if you want to prepare for gate the college is perfect for you. The attendance is also not a problem here, people even with 20-30 percent attendance get to write exams.
Other: I took the course because it was a sub branch of computer science. I wish the faculties will improve in future. Talking about events, many events are organized but fests are not at all organized here. Scholarship are available only through government scholarships and games and sports are also available. There are grounds for every sports you can play whatever you want like football, basketball, volleyball, cricket etc.

Good placement is much needed in this college. The campus life is good .
Placements: The placement scenario is very poor in our college; the seniors this year don't get a good or decent package and moreover, not many students are placed this year. Our college does not provide internship opportunities, and this year's percentage has also decreased. In our college, internships are ongoing.
Infrastructure: The course is well designed to maintain the overall growth of students in a structured way from the first year onwards. But the quality of labs and other classrooms is not good; their are no new facilities available and no new infrastructure classes are being built. The library has books but no Wi-Fi, which makes it a boring place to go in this world of technology. Talking about hostels, they have good facilities, but since I am not part of the hostel, I cannot tell you more about them.
Faculty: Teachers in college are qualified; most of them are postgraduates, and some are Ph.D.s too. They have good knowledge of the subjects they opt to teach us and the curriculum designed by them is good. End-of-semester exams are good papers to solve. One can score good marks by simply studying the class notes provided in the whole semester.

MITS through my eyes. It is an excellent college.
Placements: Looking at the past-year placements at MITS, the college has a good placement rate of around 80%. The highest package is 1 crore, and the lowest package is 3 LPA, with the average package being around 4.5 LPA. Some of the top recruiting companies are Infosys, Amazon, Google, etc.
The top roles offered are developer, content writer, etc.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure are very good; it has well-developed classes and a well-equipped library with thousands of books. Our hostel, for both girls and boys, has a good hostel with decent mess food. We have over 3 grounds in college for various fests, sports games and extracurricular activities.
Faculty: Teachers are very qualified at our college; most of them have graduated from good IITs in the country and have doctorate degrees. They are very
helpful and cooperative. Yes, the courses are highly relevant, and students enjoy learning about them; they make us future-ready and provide us with knowledge to deal with the world.
Other: I chose this course because computer science nowadays has a wider scope of good jobs and decent job opportunities.

I am quite satisfied, but would definitely like some improvements.
Placements: The average package for the class of 25 is around 5 LPA. The highest is 9 or 12 LPA. The lowest is 3 LPA. Around 70 percent of students who appear for campus placement are placed. Many students also opt for post-graduation, which decreases the total placement percentage.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is really bad. You cannot even use Google without suffering. Also, the classrooms are bad. The lights do not work properly, the fans work okay, and there are no ACs in the classrooms. Currently, our classroom is under renovation, which is a good part. Other than that, they are fixing the infrastructure.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, provide material for studies, and are knowledgeable. I think the curriculum is really good and up to date. The semester exams are moderate at best. They are not very hard. Most students pass without problems. The questions are mostly memory-based.
Other: There are good people, but overall the crowd is not very good.

Absolutely dissatisfied cause of clg atmosphere, avg placement, infrastructure is ok, mess is argh.
Placements: In my course, campus placement is only about 50-60%, but many students are able to grab off-campus placements through their hard work or their internships offer them PPO (in many cases). The highest package in campus was 12 LPA, and the lowest was 3 LPA, whereas the top recruiting company is Accenture, which takes students on mass recruitment. The college doesn't offer any internships; students need to grab them through their own capabilities, connections, and applications.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure provided to CSD is not that good according to the feel of the college, but the ISA department has superb infrastructural buildings with details at every corner. Wi-Fi services are not working half of the time, and Wi-Fi is not available across the campus. It is only available at labs with provided proxy. The library is well arranged, but books are not available from the latest publications. Also, you might miss reading novels as no novels are available in the library. On the contrary, there is a small e-library inside the library, which is very useful for digital learning and attending online classes.
Faculty: Newly recruited teachers are always more than helpful and always ready to support you at all costs and help you in even projects outside campus. Almost all the teachers are Ph.D. in their respective domains, and their knowledge matches the college reputation. Teaching quality is sometimes compromised when it comes to SIP, NEC, etc. Classes otherwise are held on a regular basis. The course curriculum is relevant but still, it's not able to make students industry-ready as it lacks practical application. Semester exams are very easy, and mostly they are from PYQ, with a pass percentage of 96%.
Other: I chose this course as I had no other college option left with CS branch with my percentile. CS is the field I want to go ahead with my future. I would like to change the college atmosphere of frequent fights on campus. There are no fests organized in the college, and events are very small scale on the college level, organized by college clubs only. Connectivity to the city is very good as it is located in the heart of the city, and traveling by tamtam is very cheap. No scholarship is provided from the college side.
