Yes, Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya is well-known for its BTech placements. The RGPV placements 2025 is not released yet. According, to NIRF report 2024, the median package offered during RGPV BTech and MTech placements 2023 stood at INR 4.25 LPA and INR 4.81 LPA, respectively. Further, a total of 262 students were placed and 38 students opted for higher studies out of the total 548 students during RGPV BTech placements 2023. RGPV offers decent BTech placements with consistent performance. In 2023, the median package was INR 4.25 LPA, with 262 students placed out of 548, while 38 opted for higher studies. 

NTA has not announce the JEE Main 2024 form fill up date. However, it is expected that the application forms will be released in December. The tentative JEE Main 2024 application form date session 1 is December first week. JEE Main application form 2024 will be available online on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in 2024. Interested candidates will be able to apply from the official website. JEE Main 2024 registration last date will be last week of December or January first week. As the exam will be conducted in two sessions, NTA will release separate application forms for both the sessions.

For last year, the closing rank for BTech in Computer Science and Business Systems was 114463 which is very close to this range. This was for the General category under the All India quota. Unless the candidate belongs to some other category or domicile, one cannot afford to score less than this. With this rank, there is a probability of getting admission however since, the cut-offs keep changing year on year, it is advisable to try to score better ranks to increase your chances of getting admission to RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.

Admission to BTech at RGPV is completely entrance-based. Direct admission is not possible for BTech course at the university. Candidates seeking for admission to this course must pass Class 12 to appy for the course. Aspirants must qualify for JEE Main entrance exam in order to get admission. The JEE Main qualifiers are required to apply for DTE MP counselling, where the seats will be allotted to the selected candidates. 

RGPV - Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya will release 6-8 rounds of JEE Main cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:

• The JEE Main score of the candidate
• The category of the candidate
• The number of seats available in the course

Candidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The RGPV offers three to five-year BTech courses to students across Computer Science and Engineering, AI and Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, and other streams. To get admission to BTech, the candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45-50% aggregate and must qualify for JEE Mains and DTE MP Counselling.

The RGPV offers three to five-year BTech courses to students across Computer Science and Engineering, AI and Data Science, Mechanical Engineering, and other streams. To get admission to BTech, the candidates must have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45-50% aggregate and must qualify for JEE Mains, MP BE, and JEE Advanced.

RGPV BTech application forms will be out soon. However, the application portal of a few of the RGPV's affiliated colleges is open for 2024. Until then candidates can apply for the JEE Main exam 2025 to secure admission in the BTech course. 

The National Testing Agency will soon release the notification for JEE Main exam 2025. The NTA will conduct the JEE Main 2025 exam in two sessions, tentatively in January and April.

Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya offers over 25 specialisations under its BTech course. These specialisations are taught at various affiliated colleges of RGOV. Given below is the list of specialisations offered under RGPV BTech course: 

RGPV admissions are done on entrance-basis. The basic eligibility requires the candidates to pass Class 12 or its equivalent exam with a minimum aggregate of 45% to 60% depending on the course and constituent colleges.  However,  BTech admissions at RGPV are accepted based on a valid score obtained in national and state-level entrance exams such as JEE Main, JEE Advnced, MPPET, etc. followed by counselling. Only those who meet the cut-off and satisfy all the parameters will be allocated a seat at the university for the BTech programme. In case the students are unable to clear the BTech cut-off released by the university, they can pursue Online BTech course offered by various other colleges.
