It is one of the best colleges in South Delhi.
Placements: The placement opportunities in my course are decent. Several companies visit the campus for recruitment and internships. It helps students prepare for interviews. The top recruiting companies include Infosys, PwC, and others. Around 10% to 20% of students easily secure internships. One of the top roles, to my knowledge, is the Executive role offered by leading companies.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available throughout the college. There are four to five Wi-Fi routers. Out of which two to three connections are available for students. College has science laboratories, a library, and spacious classrooms. Approximately 40 students can sit comfortably. The canteen food is average. Medical facilities are on campus. There is one large basketball court. The hostel is located within the college campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and are always available to guide students. All of them are experts in their respective fields. This course is highly relevant as it provides an understanding of finance and law. The semester examinations are quite difficult but manageable. Students who focus on their studies and attend classes regularly can score good marks.
Other: This course provides a good understanding of finance and law. The semester duration should be more than six months. The college also hosts one of the finest fests in South Delhi.

It has an amazing campus, a cool crowd, and great teachers.
Placements: Placements are quite impressive. Various recruiters and companies regularly come to the college to hire students. The college also organises a placement fest yearly, which helps students a lot. I am in the second year, so I don't know the percentage as of now, but I have seen my seniors getting placed at big companies.
Infrastructure: The best thing about Maitreyi is its amazing campus. Medical facilities are good. The mess is okay and needs to make better food. In the first semester, it was quite nice, but now it is not. Labs and libraries are top-notch. But there is no auditorium in the college like JMC. The hostel is quite aesthetic. We can see how well-managed the whole college is. The college has beautiful surroundings.
Faculty: Teachers are all well-versed in things they know. Everyone is educated, but VAC SEC teachers are randomly selected. There are chances that they don't even know the subject very clearly. The course curriculum is well-structured, but I really hate the timing of college. It is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, though not regular, but still, the college needs to make timings a little better. Also, Saturday needs to be an off day.
Other: It has an amazing fest life. The campus surroundings are absolutely aesthetic. There is greenery all around the campus. It is one of the best locations in all of Delhi. There is nothing to improve in our course. But VAC and SEC must be topped as it is absolutely rubbish and a waste of time. Also in AEC and GE, I had to study Hindi, which is too pure to be understood by a person who topped studying in 10th grade.

College is average in placements but I am not satisfied with the packages provided.
Placements: 30% of students got placed in my course. The highest is shown everywhere 22 LPA - 23 LPA but it is not true. The package is very low, it is around 17 LPA which is only provided to some top students. The average student got nothing. They have very less opportunities. Very less percentage or students are really given the best opportunities.
Infrastructure: The outside infrastructure of college is good. But the classrooms are not that good, we accept after watching Google photos at the time of admission. Even in summer, something the fans are not working of some rooms but this isn't shown anywhere. The canteen is very average.
Faculty: Teachers are good and qualified. They are qualified and knowledgeable. Semester exams are average, something difficult also. The passing percentage is very high. It is around 80-85%. But this course doesn't make the students industry-ready.
Other: I have chosen the course because I want to do Ph.D. in accounts. I am also pursuing the professional course CMA so it would be helpful for me. If I talk about campus it is good. Events are also good and well-celebrated fests are okay sometimes, and sometimes it's too good above expectations.

    Maitreyi College is underrated.
Placements: Almost all of my seniors are placed. The placement cell is really active, so the companies are also good. Companies like Deloitte, Crowe, and Accenture come for on-campus placements. The role offered is mostly an auditor. Speaking of my batch, almost everyone is doing internship in different domains such as the HR domain and then audit.
Infrastructure: The classrooms should just be a bit bright and the light should be fixed. Otherwise it is all good. The campus has Wi-Fi and there is a library with lots and lots of books. The hostel has all the facilities except a cooler and AC which you can ask your roommates and buy for ourselves if needed. There are washing machines in the hostel as well.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and helpful. They have enough knowledge of the subject they are teaching. The teaching quality is great as well. The course curriculum is relevant and it does make the students industry-ready for their future. There are assignments and case studies that actually require field work. The semester exams depend on the university the level is set in the main office. It is sometimes difficult, sometimes moderate.

It is amazing with great facilities. I love this college.
Placements: The placement cell of Maitreyi College is really good. The average package is between 10 LPA to 12 LPA for commerce students. There are more opportunities. One of the big 4 i.e., Deloitte come every year for the recruitment and also for the courses many other good opportunities are there.
Infrastructure: The college hostel is very good. They have all the facilities like food and washrooms. All the things they have in common are the common washrooms and the order is also very good. Overall, its 10 out of 10, if we are talking about the security.
Faculty: Faculty members are absolutely amazing. The curriculum and exams are very systematic. All the things are in a very systematic way and we do not have to worry about anything. Teachers are very helpful. They guide us throughout the semester on what to do and what not to do. The courses at Matric College are also good. Faculty members are very supportive and very helpful. We do not feel any hesitation at all.
Other: There are many types of society in the college. Every year college hosts annual fest. They call many famous celebrities every year and students enjoy it.

Supportive faculty, good placements, and excellent campus life.
Placements: I was a part of the B.Com batch of 2021-2024 at Maitreyi College. The course was very helpful, covering subjects like accounting, finance, taxation, and business law along with practical projects. Around 85% of students from our batch got placed, with the highest package being 12 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and the average around 5.5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, EY, KPMG, and ICICI Bank recruited students for roles like accounting executive, finance intern, marketing analyst, and audit trainee. About 90% of us got internships in good companies, which provided great real-world experience.
Infrastructure: Maitreyi College offered good facilities for students. Classrooms were spacious. Labs and the library were modern. Wi-Fi was across the campus. Hostel rooms were clean and comfortable. Mess and canteen hygienic food was provided. Medical help was available on campus. Sports facilities like football, cricket, and indoor games were available. The college had everything needed for study, and a balanced campus life.
Faculty: Teachers at Maitreyi College were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They always ready to clear doubts and guide students. The teaching quality was good, with a balance of theory and practical learning. The course curriculum was relevant. They designed to make students industry-ready by including practical projects, case studies, and internship opportunities. Semester exams were moderately challenging, testing both understanding and application of concepts. The pass percentage was generally high, reflecting good academic support from the faculty.
Other: I chose B.Com at Maitreyi College for a strong foundation in accounting and finance. The best parts were practical learning, helpful teachers, and internship opportunities. I wished there were more industry visits and workshops. The campus was lively, well-connected with fun events, fests, extracurricular activities, and scholarships for deserving students.
