Supportive faculty, good placements, and excellent campus life.
Placements: I was a part of the B.Com batch of 2021-2024 at Maitreyi College. The course was very helpful, covering subjects like accounting, finance, taxation, and business law along with practical projects. Around 85% of students from our batch got placed, with the highest package being 12 LPA, the lowest 3 LPA, and the average around 5.5 LPA. Companies like Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, EY, KPMG, and ICICI Bank recruited students for roles like accounting executive, finance intern, marketing analyst, and audit trainee. About 90% of us got internships in good companies, which provided great real-world experience.
Infrastructure: Maitreyi College offered good facilities for students. Classrooms were spacious. Labs and the library were modern. Wi-Fi was across the campus. Hostel rooms were clean and comfortable. Mess and canteen hygienic food was provided. Medical help was available on campus. Sports facilities like football, cricket, and indoor games were available. The college had everything needed for study, and a balanced campus life.
Faculty: Teachers at Maitreyi College were helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They always ready to clear doubts and guide students. The teaching quality was good, with a balance of theory and practical learning. The course curriculum was relevant. They designed to make students industry-ready by including practical projects, case studies, and internship opportunities. Semester exams were moderately challenging, testing both understanding and application of concepts. The pass percentage was generally high, reflecting good academic support from the faculty.
Other: I chose B.Com at Maitreyi College for a strong foundation in accounting and finance. The best parts were practical learning, helpful teachers, and internship opportunities. I wished there were more industry visits and workshops. The campus was lively, well-connected with fun events, fests, extracurricular activities, and scholarships for deserving students.

Everything you need to know before joining maitreyi college
Placements: In my course, around 40% of students get placed in the fields of sales, finance, and auditing. Some top recruiting companies are KPMG, EY, TCS, and many other companies with good market value. The average package one can expect in my course is 2-4 LPA. The highest package one can expect with good skills and great academic performance is up to 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good in terms of infrastructure and all, but restrictions are very high there like you can’t go out after 7. Daily attendance is taken, and food quality is average. Some washrooms are average, but according to the price, it is worth staying here rather than taking PG outside near the campus.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful there, but the main issue is that the college office staff is not cooperative at all. I faced issues in the past regarding my results, and they didn’t even show concern about it. The passing percentage of my course is around 95%. All the previous year’s questions come in the exam, so you don’t feel any kind of burden from this course. .
Other: I chose this course because I want to do ACCA along with it, as the subjects are similar and this course doesn’t provide any burden on me. The teachers here are very cooperative; they don’t show any kind of burden on students. The fest season in my college is the best compared to other colleges. Previously, Aastha Gill performed in my college, and the vibes were super amazing. The college has a variety of societies, from department societies to dance societies. I love them all.

The college has the most beautiful garden.
Placements: As I'm a new student I don't know much about the placements but as I have heard from my seniors good companies come for placements. The highest package has been 24 LPA for a B.Com student. Many internship opportunities keep on coming from time to time with a stipend or without a stipend. The experience provided here is good and helpful.
Infrastructure: Our college also has a newly constructed hostel. Rooms are great and spacious. The security provided there along with the food is amazing.
Faculty: We have exams every 6 months which are known as the semester exams. The difficulty level of the exam I must say is moderate it's not too difficult. The curriculum is very practical filled with majorly pragmatic knowledge that a student might need in the future. The course that I'm studying right now has great faculty and they are very helpful as well they are easy to approach and help the students as much as they can.
Other: I have always loved the accounting aspect of commerce. The crowd here is amazing and helpful in many ways. We also have our annual fest rhapsody which gets held every year in February very vibrantly. Apart from this throughout the year, we have many events and fests from time to time for example sparkles the Diwali fest, and many more.

Satisfied with the faculty and good infrastructure.
Placements: I'm currently in my first year of college, so I don't have much idea about placements, but most of the students recruited are either from B.Com program or B.Com (Hons). The highest package was 21 LPA, and the top recruiting companies included Deloitte. The internship-providing companies are Wipro, Tradeshala, etc.
Infrastructure: Our college provides us with almost every facility that it should. The infrastructure is quite good, but in some areas, it needs a little bit of improvement. All types of labs are available, and a two-story library with Wi-Fi facility is also available. The canteen provides really good food at reasonable rates.
Faculty: Our teachers are really nice; they are helpful, knowledgeable, qualified, and laid-back. They explain things very well. As for exams, I haven't taken any yet, so I don't have any idea about that. It also depends on how much you study; if you study well, it will be easy and vice versa.
Other: For commerce students, B.Com program/Hons has always been a priority, and it has been the same for me. Personally, I also wanted to do B.Com, and the placement rate in this course is good.

Maitreyi College is a ride to enjoy .
Placements: For B.Com students, the placement drive held in marketing and also in financial operations companies like Pixel comes, and around 85% were placed from my batch. The highest package was of 7 lakh, and the lowest one is around 3 lakh. Most companies recruit as interns. But then they get fixed there.
Infrastructure: As I was not in the hostel, I can't tell about the hostel, but the lab canteen classrooms and library were so good; there are a lot of books and more advanced equipment available. The food in the canteen is so affordable and tasty, and one more thing: every Sunday, a new dish comes into the picture.
Faculty: Exams were average—not much hard, not much easy; it up to you how you study, and in course you study a lot about accounting, investment, financial marketing, and all. Yes, the course curriculum is so good, and teachers were also so good at teaching exams that are totally based on what you study.
Other: I chose this course because I want to go into banking operations, and yes, talking about the fest, crowd, and extracurricular activities, the college was so good. I had seen Darshan Raval for the first time, and the crowd was very good and well managed.
