Budget friendly college.
Placements: Placement percentage is 10% because this college is not very famous, hence no company comes here. According to my information, the highest package goes up to 1.5 LPA. I don't know about the companies but most of them are startups. Students do internships but they do not do it through college. They do it on their own in some companies, and most of them are startups. Through our course, you can get many big roles like an accountant, marketing manager, etc.
Infrastructure: If we talk about our department, there is nothing much special. I don't know about other departments. Our department is nothing special because there is no Wi-Fi here and classrooms are dirty for the students. The library is always closed, and it is open only sometimes. There is no hostel facility in our college.
Faculty: In my department, some teachers are good and some are trying to be super smart. But most of them are very good. Mostly the teacher's teaching method is good and can be understood easily. This course does not make you industry-ready, but it definitely makes you exam-ready. Semester exams are not difficult if you have studied well. Passing marks are 40 which means the passing percentage will also be 40%.
Other: I took this course because I wanted to gain knowledge of business. The best thing is that I get a lot of business knowledge which I can use in the future. If the college makes us do some practical things then it will be better and a lot will also improve. There are very few events here. One good thing is that you get a scholarship.

It's a small campus but affordable.
Placements: No companies come to this college for campus placement because the college in Jharkhand believes that its students are capable of securing jobs in reliable and reputable companies on their own. Additionally, many students find it difficult to secure internships in companies and firms.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not good, classrooms are low in numbers, and the campus of our college is very small as well. Hostel and other essential facilities are not available on the campus like a mess, canteen, medical facilities, sports and games etc.
Faculty: Teachers are not helpful towards us and there is no doubt that they are well qualified and well trained. But they are approachable when they are needed the most by the students. Internal exams are taken by Markham College but the final exams are taken by the VBU. The passing rate is not that good because this semester almost 70% of students are promoted because of wrong checking of copies.
Other: I chose this course because I completed my 12th with commerce and my favorite subject is accounts that's why I chose this course. Youth fest and foundation day festivals are organized by the students in the college. This course should work around the practical knowledge that would be great.

The fee is very low but there are no placements.
Placements: The percentage of students who got placed is less than 10%. The lowest salary package offered is around 1.2 LPA - 1.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA LPA. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. There are no campus placements. Students themselves have to search for jobs after completing the course. From my knowledge, in our college, our course students are not able to find internships.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are not good. There is only one classroom present for our whole batch of B.Com (2023-2027). A library is available. There is no Wi-Fi. We do not have digital boards. The hostel, mess, and medical facilities are not available. Sports and games conducted by students who applied to NCC.
Faculty: All teachers are Ph.D. holders and NET qualified. They don't know how to teach students. If any student does any course from this college, it does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not taken by the college. It is conducted by Vinoba University by providing centers to different colleges.
Other: The per year fee for B.Com is Rs. 1,760 in this College. I chose this course because of my interest in this field. I opted for this college because there is no requirement of 75% attendance and I can do other courses as well. I am doing CA. Semester exams are taken by Vinoba University so all students have to fill exam form which costs Rs. 667 every semester and goes to VBU.

Our college provides good infrastructure and placements.
Placements: This is the best college for commerce students in Jharkhand. The highest salary package offered was 30 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. Almost 60% of students received decent salary packages. Around 40% of students got placed in this course. Many students got internships in top companies.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities are very good. The food served served in the hostel is good. There is no playground in this college. Free Wi-Fi facility is available. Laboratories are also available. There is no library facility on our campus. All students stay in a joint stock room, which includes an attached washroom, limited water for bathing, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are excellent. They are very kind and well-experienced. The teaching quality is good. I would rate it 4 stars out of 5 for teaching quality. Semester exams are easy. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. It is the best college for commerce students in Jharkhand. Scholarships are provided to merit students.

Review of Markham College of Commerce.
Placements: The placement percentage is above 65%. The average salary package offered is 2 LPA. Students must score above 60% to get internships.
Infrastructure: The hostel has large rooms. Each room has separate beds, a common bathroom, and a kitchen. The hostel provides facilities like Wi-Fi, a television, fans, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified. The curriculum is updated. It focuses on current technologies. All teachers guide us well for our future. The quality of the teaching is very good. They conduct extra classes for weak students.
Other: It is a good campus. It provides scholarships. The hostel conducts yoga sessions, reading classes, and sports activities.
