Analyze before you choose.

Placements: The placement faculty is average in this college. Being a government college, Eanchi Women College provides average placement of INR 3L-4L in the commerce field. Recently, there was a placement drive from TCS where 10 students were placed. Companies like Garnier and Jharkhand Gov.. Companies also visit the college. The Science department gets more placements than the commerce department.

Infrastructure: The thing that attracted me first towards this college was the infrastructure. The college is full of greenery. Ranchi, being a hill station itself, is full of greenery, which the college also depicts. The campus is huge, with big classrooms, Wi-Fi facilities, an auditorium, water coolers, and washrooms; everything is top-notch. I have not opted for the college hostel, so I cannot provide a review for it, but yes, I have opted for a hostel outside the college, which is very good. All the amenities like Wi-Fi, lift, good food, and good water are provided.

Faculty: The faculty of the commerce department is very good and student-friendly. The teachers not only teach but guide us. Whatever the query is, how many times we ask it doesn't matter; every time we get a good response. The teachers help the students by teaching with real-life case studies and the Indian economy, which helps us relate to real-life Indian commerce and trade.

Other: The thing that made me choose this course was its wide scope. The faculty of commerce provides knowledge with real-life cases, which help us face the real world. The college conducts a series of events on every occasion. Like for the upcoming foundation day, there are various competitions with cash rewards. Officials from RBI and other departments also visit the college to conduct various seminars and programs. The college in the youth month helps with a month full of events and fests, which keep the students engaged with the college.

Placements: Being a government college, the placement opportunities at Ranchi Women's College are good. Companies like TCS, GARNIER, and various Jharkhand government agencies come for placement programs. The teachers also conduct workshops and training sessions to improve the skills needed for placements.

Infrastructure: The first thing that attracted me was the infrastructure. The college's facilities are commendable. It is filled with trees and sitting areas. Walking in feels like entering a garden. It is also neat and clean. Since I did not opt for the college hostel, I cannot review it. However, the cleanliness and sanitation facilities are good.

Faculty: Many assume that government colleges in India do not provide good knowledge or have quality faculty, but Ranchi Women's College proved that wrong. If you attend classes seriously, you'll find knowledgeable faculty who provide quality education. The teachers are student-friendly and very approachable; if any student has a query, it gets resolved quickly. They also use real-life examples, which help us understand real-world trade and commerce

Other: The college hosts many festivals and activities like the annual sports day. Participants from different colleges take part, and the college celebrates sports month. July 18th is the foundation day, featuring quiz competitions, drawing, and speech contests with exciting cash prizes.

Faculty members and placements are good.

Placements: Atleast 60% marks are compulsory in 12th to get admission for this course. 3 LPA is the average package provided here. ICICI prudential, TCS, etc. visit here for recruitment. 50% students got internships from the college and companies like TCS, ICICI, HDFC, etc. Through this course, students are offered the role of accountant.

Infrastructure: Facilities of library, labs, smart classes, etc. are available. Food is good and canteens are also great. Medical facilities are available in the college. All the facilities which are important for the students are commendable.

Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, well qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is also very good. Courses are relevant with the curriculum. Passing percentage is 33%. Semester exams are not much difficult. Teaching style of the teachers is too good which makes it easier for us to perform in the exams.

Other: I like accountancy that's why I took this course.

Everything is good, only the teaching quality needs some improvement.

Placements: The placement rate is 95%. The salary package offered is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The top recruiters are banking and insurance firms. About 70% of students get internships at banks. The top role offered is manager. Only 2 or 3 companies will come for placements. You have to go to other colleges for another company. For placements, you have to concentrate on your aptitude and programming selections for 3 semesters. Practical classes are limited, so you have to prepare on your own. If you want placement at the end of the semester, you have to write an exam. Last year students became eligible for campus placements.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are well furnished with a smart board and CCTV cameras. It's pretty good.

Faculty: The teaching quality is quite good. It's easy and the pass rate is 55%. The college takes mid-term and last term exams. Both are easy. If your attendance is below 70%, you have to submit some aggiggment. The education and environment are good. Teachers are good. All semester exams and results will be declared on time as compared to other colleges.

Other: It has many job opportunities. The university hosts programs to provide many opportunities.

Bus facility is not available. The positive point of this college is promoting women's empowerment.

Placements: Placements of our college are average, but they provide placements to students who are willing to grab the opportunity. Nearly 30% of the students got placed from college. The highest salary package offered in our course is 3.0 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is around 1.8 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS and Wipro. Voice and non-voice roles are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of this college is good. Labs, classrooms and library are spacious with all-sufficient facilities. Hostel facilities and food are quite satisfactory. Mess and canteen are also available. The campus area is huge enough to organise almost all types of games and activities.

Faculty: It is the best college in the entire state. Faculty members are qualified, and the college also has the best faculty members of the state. Teaching quality is very good, and they are very helpful. All are PhD holders. The course curriculum is not relevant as it does not provide an internship.

Other: I have chosen this course because I was interested in learning more about business and its aspect and management. The best thing about our course is most of the topics can be understood by relating it to our day to day life.
