All the facilities are good here.

Placements: 70% of the students are placed in all the above Indian companies like Tata Consultancy Services, Concentrix, and other companies Wipro. All the placed students are happy about the placements of good companies in India and are very happy for the college.

Infrastructure: Food is available and all the rooms are neat and clean. Mess area is neat and clean. The quality of food is also good in the mess. All the labs and classrooms are also good, neat, and clean.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and brilliant. The passing percentage is 34%. All the semester exams are held on the college campus. They conduct very neat and clean exams. Also, teachers are good, helpful, supportive, and friendly. All the courses taught by the teachers are also good.

Other: Scholarships are also available. All extracurricular activities are held on the campus. Fests and events are also held.

It's a good option in Ranchi city.

Placements: Placement at the College is not very good, at least not for courses like B.Com, B.A., and B.Sc. For courses like BBA and mass communication, few recruiters came to the college, hiring only 20 to 25% of the total students, which is not even half of the total strength. So, placement at Xavier Ranchi is very poor. A few famous companies were there last year, like Asian Paints, IDBI Bank, Accenture, and Concentrix. The highest package was ₹3,50,000 per annum with an average of ₹2,20,000 per annum.

Infrastructure: The old campus is approximately 75 years old, so the infrastructure is not very good. The new campus is average but not great when it comes to the college hostel. Yes, there is a hostel in the college, but it is only for SC, ST, and Christian students, not for students from the general category or OBC category.

Faculty: Faculty members at Sant Xavier Ranchi are quite good and supportive. Most of the professors are highly qualified, and a few have completed Ph.D. Also, many vocational courses are very relevant to the industry. Semester exams are moderately difficult. A few subjects are highly challenging, like Accounts, Cost Accounting, Economics, etc.

Other: The campus is not very big, so it is not the heart of the college. The only thing that is very good about the campus is its central location in the city. In fact, Sant Xavier's College itself is in the city center.

Good college with good facilities and infrastructure.

Placements: About 75% of eligible candidates are placed in this course, but most are not interested in the placement. The highest average package in this course is about 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Byju's, Wipro, Accenture, Mahindra, etc. About 60% of students got internships in Motilal Sawal. The role offers are sales, marketing, back office, BO, etc.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well-developed and nice-looking. The facilities available include 10GB data per year, a library, study room, and well-furnished classrooms. Also, a lift is available in the college. There was a canteen but is now shut down. Sports facilities are available for those interested, with matches organized in college and also outside in other states.

Faculty: Teachers are very much helpful in the curriculum. Teachers are Ph.D. holders, and some are guest faculty too. Teaching quality is also good, and they are knowledgeable. Yes, this course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult if we study because questions are from the syllabus only.

Other: I chose this course because I was from a commerce background, and it was suitable for me to pursue graduation in B.Com. There are many events organized in the college, and workshops are also held in the college auditorium. There is a college fest organized every year named Spandan, and many activities are performed on that day. There is a scholarship available for reserved candidates named EKALYAN.

Review of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, Ranchi.

Placements: About 570 students were admitted to B.Com last year. Around 4 LPA to 6 LPA is the minimum salary package offered to students. This is the first batch of commerce in our college. Around 75% of students are placed, and many companies come here to recruit. Many roles, like manager, accountant, etc., are offered.

Infrastructure: We have Wi-Fi, many labs, a separate classroom for each lecture, one huge library, a park, a hall, a canteen, a free parking lot, an auditorium, etc. Everything is good. The quality of the hostel is not very good because of the limited number of seats.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and helpful. Their teaching quality is good, especially in the B.Com department. About 40% is the passing percentage. The difficulty level of exams depends upon students and how they study.

Other: I chose B.Com because I wanted to do CA. An additional teacher is required to clear up the doubts. There are numerous events and festivals held throughout the year, and everything is organised by the college.

One of the best college in ranchi. Offered various courses at reasonable fee

Placements: Batch 2019-2022 Highest package one can get by doing this course is 8 lakh per annum and minimum 3 lakh per annum Top recruiting companies are EY, COGNIGANT AROUND 15% student get internship. Managing accounts and transaction , filing returns, gst etc

Infrastructure: Very large area provided for library so that many student can get benefit of this. Faculty were also very polite and friendly. There is no hostel facility available, one can live in pg Or hotel. Various PG, hostel are in there site with various facility

Faculty: Yes the teachers were highly qualified and knowledgeable. Their way of teaching is excellent. Tricks and tips to remember the entry given by account professor are excellent which are absolutely helpfull in our professional also . Exam were not that tough

Our college provides good infrastructure and the vibe is also perfect.

Placements: Around 70% of students got internships in local companies. A few students also got placed in top companies. The minimum salary package offered ranges from Rs.7,000 per month to Rs.15,000 per month. But a student expects an average salary of Rs.30,000 per month.

Infrastructure: The new infrastructure is very good. All classrooms are spacious. Smart boards are also available. Air-conditioners are available in our classrooms. Fans and benches are also better. The painting of the classrooms is like heaven and it gives a good vibe of learning.

Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and they are very intelligent in their fields. They always try to help us in all situations and they also speak in English and Hindi languages. Overall, faculty members are very good.

Other: Our campus is huge.

Placements: Placements are not good in our college due to which, students have to suffer a lot. This course is not up to the mark due to placements. Companies won't visit our campus to recruit students.

Infrastructure: Our college has a beautiful ambiance. Our college building is equipped with Wi-Fi. Our college provides an elevator facility and a separate canteen for students. Our college has separate study rooms with air conditioning facilities. The hostel facility is good for students who stay very far and is not much expensive.

Faculty: Our faculty members are good. Some of them are well-experienced, knowledgeable, and understanding. Some teachers teaching methods are not good. They won't teach us well. Students can approach them anytime if they have any doubts and get their doubts solved. The course curriculum makes students ready for the corporate industry. The term exams are not difficult. If you study according to the syllabus, you can pass exams easily.

Other: It is the second-best college. I would recommend joining this college. Our college organises many events throughout the year. Students can participate in extracurricular activities and societies and can enroll themselves in political parties.

It is a decent institution compared to other government colleges in Ranchi.

Placements: Getting a good placement is a great hassle, even if a student is dedicated to both academics and soft skills. Getting a package and a good job as a fresher from this college is not an easy task. Even the most the brightest students can get a package of 2.5 LPA - 3 LPA at maximum.

Infrastructure: In DSPMU, students can connect their devices to the university Wi-Fi, although I would not recommend it as it is a slow BSNL network. There are many courses offered in the university and respective labs. Libraries are built on the college campus for every department.

Faculty: Faculty members of B.Com. department are decent. Most of them are very supportive. University curriculum is very outdated and examination are one of the biggest drawbacks of DSPMU. It takes 8-9 to finish a semester and even after 4 months of the completion of exams the students have not received semester 1 results. In B.Com. faculty members are decent and supportive. But the subject selection as per your own will and choice is not possible. The students are obligated to study the subjects pre-selected by the department.

Other: In a year 2-3 fests are organised by the university and departments in which individuals can take part and have a memorable time.
