The college is not so good, not so bad, but it is an underrated college for sure.
Placements: I am from B.Com third year. Placement is not good. Only a few good roles in the field like auditing come to our campus. Otherwise, sales roles are in abundance. Big companies do not come. KPMG and Flipkart come. Internship opportunities are high but not really good when compared to other colleges. Unpaid NGO internships are high in number.
Infrastructure: Hostel is not ready yet, construction work is going on. The campus is small with no ground and less space to chill and relax. Otherwise, infrastructure is decent, better than a few DU colleges. Full Wi-Fi connectivity is available. Labs and library are well maintained. Classrooms are spacious. A few AC rooms are also available.
Faculty: MSCW faculty, especially in the commerce department, is very good. They are kind, helpful, and supportive. Their teaching skills are great. My course curriculum (B.Com) is absolutely relevant. It does not make the students industry-ready directly, but it sets the base which is essential. Overall, it is good to go. Semester exams are not really tough, and a few days of preparation are enough.

A strong choice for commerce with decent placement and quality teaching.
Placements: Around 54.76% of students were placed for the academic year 2022-23, across all the undergraduate courses, including B.Com. 129 students were placed during the 2023 placement drive. The highest package is 6.6 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TravClan, Deloitte, etc.
Infrastructure: Talking about the facilities for the department, there are computer labs equipped with updated software and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. The labs are air-conditioned, and even the library of the college is the best, also air-conditioned. While the classrooms are not, they are well ventilated. Medical facilities are good, but canteen food needs to be improved. Talking about the hostel, it is under construction as per the principal.
Faculty: The teachers at the college, particularly in our department, are well-qualified, with most holding PhDs and NET qualifications. They are known to be supportive and knowledgeable in their subjects. The teaching quality is generally rated as good by students. Guest lectures and workshops are also held for extra knowledge and learning. Semester exams are considered moderately difficult, mostly application and theory-based.
Other: The improvement can involve more confidence-building activities rather than just writing and filling in some papers. The teachers should be more understanding. I chose B.Com because it offers a strong foundation in finance, accounting, economics, and business law.

I am not at all satisfied with placements, college events. Good faculty but not in terms of studies.
Placements: Less than 10% of students are placed in my course. The average package goes up to 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies are mostly for sales, although KPMG has been coming to our college regularly in past years. But, the package is very less of that too. Mostly unpaid internships in some NGOs get to students of B.Com. Most of roles are in sales.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel, and the food in our canteen is overrated. It is expensive and not that good in taste. There is one ground, but only sports students are allowed to use it, others are not permitted. Wi-Fi facility and library are good, but classrooms are not that good, they are more like school classrooms.
Faculty: B.Com teachers are helpful and good, but some of them are not good at teaching. They just read from the textbook. The course curriculum is relevant and makes students to be industry-ready. The semester exams are average, they are not that difficult but not easy either. They don't give the marks according to knowledge but according to how many pages a student filled.
Other: I chose this course because I want to pursue finance and accounting. There is nothing best. In my course, I would like to add more practical subjects and more introduction to software used in real life. There is more bookish knowledge and less practical knowledge. Events and fests are not that good, they are boring. In total, my college life is not that great.

Hub of knowledge, fun, and ethics.
Placements: In our college, around 15-20 students out of 70-80 students get placed every year, in my session, it is 10 students till now from all courses got placed. The highest package is 24 LPA and the average is 3 LPA-4 LPA. The lowest package is 1 LPA-2 LPA. Recruiting companies are DE Shaw, KPMG, and American Express. More than 30% of students got internships in KPMG, Counsel India, Hike Education, and K12. Top roles offered are sales, finance, and HR.
Infrastructure: In our college, there are 5 labs for common course and the rest 2 labs mainly for computer science and statistics department students. We have around more than 400 classrooms and 1 library. There is no hostel facility. There is 1 canteen at an affordable price. Medical and sports faciltities are available. Wi-Fi facility is available.
Faculty: Teachers are well-qualified and provide in-depth knowledge of our concern subjects. Our NEP course curriculum is very helpful and relevant it boosts the students theoretically and practically both. Semester exams are doable for 90% of students. More than 90% of students pass.
Other: I have a keen interest in this course as it is directly aligned with my goals as I wish to start a business in the future. In-depth knowledge according to the trend should be provided. Various department fest, sports, and annual grand level fest are conducted. There is 100% crowd. There are good surroundings, fee concession facility, various competitions on each festival.

It has good and helpful faculty members. The college location is so good.
Placements: Almost 70-80% of students get placed in B.Com. The highest package is 24 LPA and the lowest package ranges from 2-3 LPA. The average package ranges from 4-6 LPA. Top companies like KPMG, Wipro, ICICI Direct, Maruti Suzuki, Tech Mahindra, etc., visit the college for placements. The internship rate is 60%. Students get internships in companies like Proffus, FNP, AcquX, Social Parinde, etc. Top roles offered in B.Com are sales and marketing, operations, HR, social media marketing, and finance.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is small but it is clean and good. The hostel is not built yet. The quality of food is average in the canteen. Medical facilities are good. Sports and games are also good. The college provides strong Wi-Fi and almost every book of every course in the library.
Faculty: Teachers are so helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is perfect. They explain every concept so clearly. The course curriculum is relevant and it makes students industry-ready. Semester exams are of moderate level and almost 95% of students pass exams.
Other: I found the commerce field the best, so I chose this course. The best thing about the B.Com course is we will study almost everything about commerce in this course in 3-4 years. There are multiple societies in our college to join. The campus crowd is good. Events held are also very nice.

I am dissatisfied with infrastructure.
Placements: A very small percentage of students got placed. Top companies that visit the college are KPMG. Mainly finance-related placements are offered. Internships are also not good enough as most internships are in HR and NGOs, which are unpaid. Most students do internships outside the college. I have also done an internship outside the college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is quite poor as the desks in the classrooms are broken and not comfortable to sit on. Although the infrastructure of the library is very good, toilets are in very poor condition and cannot even be described. College keeps renovating unnecessary things and does not focus on the necessary areas.
Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful throughout our college journey. All teachers provide students with the best study material to prepare for their internals as well as for their exams. Students will find all the books in the library and e-books are also available.
Other: If one want to get into this college, the best course to choose will be psychology as it is considered the best department in our college. Moreover, being a Delhi University college, fests and other activities keep going on.

Good placement opportunities but disappointing infrastructure and faculty.
Placements: Official report for placements of the year 2023-2024 hasn't been updated yet. And from my batch, people have been offered a job letter from auditing firms with a package of around 2 LPA. Top recruiters for our course are KPMG (and other big 4). Top recruitments of the year 2022-23: 8.6 LPA. Internship stipend: 30,000. Top roles offered in our course are business development and marketing. Top internships provided are for marketing and sales, content creation, and social media.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college is not that great, basically, there are 2 buildings and a small parking lot on the main campus. As for the college sports ground, it is on a different land, walking distance from college. Library conditions are good, but they do not let you take your own books inside the library. Canteen has a lot of food choices, but not all of them are worth trying. Also, despite it being a girls' college, conditions of the washrooms are not so great either.
Faculty: Teacher quality is above average for sure, but I believe the curriculum can be improved, and the value of internal assessment is a lot and can be hard to score 50+ out of 70 marks. Core subjects are very relevant to the course I've selected, but the additional choices aren't in our best interest and seem just an additional burden in a few semesters.
Other: I chose this course because I wanted to pursue a career in business. I wish the quality of the college could be improved, i.e., hygienic washrooms, clean canteen, and working appliances (fans). College does organise great fests and events but usually the timings are 11 am-3 pm which is highly warm in the summers. College also provides fee concession for the students who meet the criteria for it.

Do not expect anything from this college in terms of placement or opportunities.
Placements: Our college does not provide good placement opportunities. On campus, placements are very few. We don't get any information about ongoing placements. Teachers are also not so supportive of this thing. We have to manage it by over self. So overall the placements are not so satisfying.
Infrastructure: College Wi-Fi is something we never get, and it's an advantage. No one shares its password with us. The labs are fine, and the library is also good. Classrooms are non-air-conditioned. According to the fee, they don't have such classy classrooms. Sometimes, we feel suffocated in class.
Faculty: Teachers here are fine. They are qualified but still lack in making us understand the topic. Most time they just recite the chapter. They take leave at the last moment when the students already reached the college. Students don't get any knowledge from college studies.
Other: I chose this course for my further studies.
