My honest review about my college.
Placements: Placements were pretty good and the graph was raising on the positive side. Almost 250 companies visited to offer more than 1250 offers. CTC varied from crores to a few lakhs. 99.9% of students got placements every year. KPMG offered 8 LPA, PWC offered 7 LPA, Goldman Sachs offered 8 LPA, Tata Steel offered 9.5 LPA, Reliance offered 8 LPA, L&T Construction offered 6.5 LPA, Lodha Group offered 6.5 LPA, Samsung offered 7 LPA, HCC offered 7 LPA, and many other reputed companies. The average package was 5 LPA approximately.
Infrastructure: Quality hostel facilities were food veg only, capacity per batch 600 single mess cost near Rs 30,000. Double mess cost was Rs 25,000, and internet was not good although it was free included in the fee.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members teaching were from their respective areas. Also, all senior faculty had done research work for the construction industry. Their teaching and student understanding were totally matched. The course curriculum was extremely good. It was moreover industry-oriented rather than research-oriented. Course was amazing, and all faculty members were experienced. The way the course was designed, could help the students learn a lot about research and academics. Conferences and guest lectures were happening on a regular basis.

My review of this college.
Placements: Internship facility is provided by the college, and a stipend is also given. The experience is good, and trainers are well-educated and professional in terms of providing true industry training. Placements are good if you have good grades each semester here. Because many companies take good grades students here. Moreover, the placement cell actively works for the betterment of the students by organizing on-campus internship drives and workshops. The placement rates are close to 95%. Brain, Microsoft, and every other large corporate or a good MNC visit the campus.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities rooms are too clean, just like new. Daily, they maintain cleanliness in the hostel, and every summer, they repaint the rooms. Mess food is of good quality and hygienic. The best thing is that you can have a single room or a double room, it's your choice, but the cost can vary accordingly. We have a high-speed internet connection.
Faculty: The course curriculum is good, and the students are not pressured to sit in classes all day. They are involved in many educational and extracurricular activities, which help the students to think innovatively. The faculty is excellent. They are all very cooperative and concerned. The institute provides the best and most experienced faculty for the respected courses. The student-teacher ratio is also good. The faculty has both practical and theoretical knowledge. They encourage and motivate students apart from studies. They create a good atmosphere in class, which makes it easy for students to learn. In one semester, there are two exams that take place mid-term and end-term. During both these exams, lab exams, and viva are conducted after the end semester exam, parallel practical exams also take place.

My experience at this college.
Placements: Some famous internship companies are P&G, Continental, GTRE, etc. The stipend varies from Rs 15,000 to Rs 6,000 per month based on student profile and corresponding company. Placement is superb and you don't have to bother about jobs after completing the course duration. There are really good and reputed companies that visit the campus and most students are satisfied. The minimum package offered is 3.01 LPA, and maximum package offered is 7.5 LPA. Last year, the highest package was 15 LPA. Good companies come for placements here like Caterpillar, Affine, Bluestar, Capgemini, Mafoi, Accenture, Wipro, Deloitte, etc., come here for placement.
Infrastructure: The course structure offered by this college is pretty awesome and not only one course in every course. They have incorporated the subject which will be very helpful in gaining knowledge and as well as in getting the right job in a particular field. Hostel facility is good considering you get single rooms in your final year and this time even first-year students get single rooms. There are 6-7 options to choose from different messes like North mess, South mess, Andhra mess, Kerala mess, pure veg mess, etc. The food quality is excellent.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very experienced. They are a knowledge bank. They already have industrial experience and versatile exposure and in the same way from their experience, they teach us. They are cooperative in every way. They help us with research work too. They don't stick their imparting only with the course curriculum. We have 2 mid-term exams and one end term exam every semester. Mid-term exams used to last 2 days only. Exam pattern is two periodic tests for 20 marks each and final semester of 50 marks. 10 marks for presentation skills on topic practical are also conducted.

The course has value for the money.
Placements: Placement training is so hectic even from the initial period of courses, the placement crew is so pressurized to get us placed in various companies. Initially, the placement succession rate would be 78% now it has increased to above 85%.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is built with required features like indoor and outdoor sports facilities, dedication rooms, yoga classes, fitness centers so on. As parking features and other areas are sanitized so neatly. All the students are secure and protected on the campus of our college.
Faculty: Teachers would show special attention to all the low performers. The questions that were asked in the exams were so difficult which would make us study day and night for to prepare exams. There would be no sufficient time for getting involved in other activities other than studying.

Solid placements and supportive faculty members.
Placements: Thinking back on my time at NICMAR, the placements are definitely a highlight. The process is quite organized and most of my batchmates ended up with decent offers. The average salary package is 9.25 LPA, and the highest package offered is nearly 30 LPA.
Infrastructure: I am giving the infrastructure a full 5-star rating because I honestly think it's top-notch. The facilities for my course are really well-maintained. The labs are equipped with the latest technology relevant to our field. Classrooms are spacious and have good audio-visual systems.
Faculty: I am giving a solid 4 stars for the faculty members, curriculum, and exams. Most of the teachers are genuinely helpful, qualified, and really knowledgeable in their subjects. Their teaching quality is generally high, and they do a good job of explaining complex concepts.
