Dissatisfied because of placements. Other facilities are good.
Placements: Placements are provided only for a few specialisations. Around 60% of the students got internships through college, and almost 40% of the students were placed with the average salary package. They were hired as trainees and interns. Only students from a few specialisations have visited other companies. The college has its own placement cell, and it is not helpful.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. The college provides all the facilities, and even the facilities provided in the hostel are good. There are no issues with the infrastructure. There are two IT labs available in our college, and the college also has a big library. There is a digital library, and they also provide a reading room facility. Medical facilities are also available. Canteen is also available, and the quality of food offered is the best. Classrooms are good, and every classroom is equipped with a projector. The college also provides the Wi-Fi facility.
Faculty: Teachers share good knowledge, and it is helpful for us. The quality of teaching is the best. There are no issues with the faculty members. They teach with the help of projectors, and I would rate the faculty members as 8 out of 10. They provide industry exposure. All of them are qualified.

Absolutely a great college for women as they encourage you in all the fields.
Placements: Placements are good with the MNC, But students preferred to go with small scale industry as they give more experience. For placements they provide the grooming sessions and always helps with the placement rounds. The placement officer is a so helpful. She always help you with all the difficulties you face in the placement process.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is great with a well-equipped computer lab and a good collection of books in the library. The canteen is under maintenance of sankalp group of ladies who will provide you with a good food and great taste. The classrooms are having in build projectors which are always helpful in teaching for the staff.
Faculty: Faculty is well educated and well mannered who will help you in all the situation and all your projects. The staff is so friendly they will help you in all the curriculum and all the other activities like outdoor sports or the business project competitions.
Other: The college conduct the Annual fest in the month of December or January Named Panache. Which is a 5 days event including all the outdoor sports and indoor activities like face painting, marketing event like Madads. The cultural fest get started with the opening act from some of the Marathi actresses performance. This fest is quite popular in all over Pune among the MBA colleges.

Other: Best College. The teachers are quite motivating. Our director Dr. Jagdish Paul, the best supporter and backbone of our institute, proud to be his student. It is not just a college for learning subjects, it’s a mixture of academic as well as cultural activities. The two mega events like “KUSHAGRA” and “PANACHE” are the best to learn and gain knowledge. The Faculty Members over here are quite coordinative in nature, they know what each and every student need from them, so they are the biggest plus point of our institute.

Other: I am fortunate being student of HNIMR. I always wished good Placement Support in the campus. In recent visit, I observed positive advancement of HNIMR and especially drastic change in our Placement Support activities. It was nice to interact with Director Sir, faculty members and Placement officer to plan and execute training and internship programs for the MBA students. The focused activities of placement cell and improved number of campus placements is really appreciable.

Other: HNIMR Institute is one of the best institute to grow with. The college building is pretty modern in terms of its facilities. The classrooms have comfortable benches and projectors. There is a vast library with books of all the possible streams of management available at any odd hours as well. The teaching is at a premium level, professors having immense knowledge related to their subjects. The teachers here are highly experienced & college has a facility for guest lectures as well. Various activities and events are conducted round the year. Students get on campus internship offers from excellent companies during their second year and placement offers as well. I was very fortunate to complete my internship at Volkswagen, thanks to placement cell.
