Model Institute of Engineering and Technology offers courses at UG and PG levels. The institute offers programmes across various streams such as Management, Law, Engineering, Computer Applications, etc. in affiliation with the University of Jammu. Admission to most of the UG and PG courses is entrance-based. The institute offers BTech, BCA (Hons), BBA (Hons), BBA LLB (Hons) at UG and MBA, MTech, MCA, LLB (Hons) at the PG levels. Interested candidates can apply online for admission.

Model Institute of Engineering and Technology offers seats to candidates based on their entrance-exam scores. Aspirants are offered admission to BTech based on their score in JEE Main, JKCET or CUET whereas CAT, MAT or CMAT scores are considered for MBA. The institute also accepts scores in CLAT, CUET-PG, etc. for specific programmes. The institute also conducts MET to select candidates for admission to UG and PG courses.
