Mediocre college, good study environment, no placements, and good for NRI's.
Placements: Currently I'm studying in second year CSE in MJCET and I have talked to my seniors about placements. They have informed me there are no major placements and college authorities are not interested in calling companies to college. All placements they have shown on the website are old or some are from students who got placed independently.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good, but it's not big like other engineering colleges since it's located in the city. The college greenery is beautiful. There is a Mosque inside the college. Parking is good too. Good playgrounds and indoor games played too. Two canteens serving vegetarian and one non-vegetarian. There is an auditorium room available too.
Faculty: Faculty members used to be good in old days. As of now for me (2nd year) there is even a teacher who just did masters from the same college. There are quality teachers too who are experienced and stayed from the old batches. First year teachers were good.

Hyderabad engineering experience, MJCET.
Placements: As of the present scenario, the percentage of students getting a placement is around 67%, as many companies, especially IBM, have tie-ups with college clubs and social student clubs. The highest package offered in 2023 was around 35 LPA, and the lowest was offered at 9 LPA, with the average package being offered at 12 LPA. The top companies that recruit from our college would be IBM, Amazon, cognizant, and TCS. Internships tend to have a good percentage every year, with around 78 percent of students having internships in 2023.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is standard, with non-AC classrooms and some advanced labs. Some computer labs have opened up in the last few years that have very advanced teaching, which is helpful for the students. There is no hostel at the college but there is a canteen, though.
Faculty: The staff at the college is very well experienced. I would say they are among the most experienced staff in the city. The teaching quality is pretty good. The course curriculum for the first three semesters, according to my view, is not at all relevant. The semester exams are kind of average.
Other: The reason for me to choose this course is that the opportunities offered by it are future ready and many things will be impacted by AI in the coming future. I would suggest that the course be much more relevant right from the start. There are numerous events held year-round on the campus.

Opinion on MJCET and various aspects of it.
Placements: Placement in MJCET is average. MNC intake has been very low in recent years, and they provide an average package of 2–4 lacs only. Finally, only a few students received placement. They assist you in getting an internship and companies like TCS, Mahindra, Wipro, etc. visit the campus and students should clear all the backlogs to sit in placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is pretty good. Classrooms are kept clean and neat. There is a hostel facility in MJC. In every class, a projector is available. There are two canteens on campus: one is vegetarian and the other is a non-vegetarian canteen. Wi-Fi is provided on campus, and the library is very good and is filled with lots of books.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and encourage students. But the teachers do not have high-level knowledge. Students should study on there own only. Yes, this course makes students industry-ready. Semesters are very hard compared to other colleges and the percentage of students passing is average.
Other: CSE is in boom. Every student has a desire to settle down quickly in their career. They should add some new subjects. And make students industry-ready. And improve placement assistance.

Good college with amazing environment that makes one feel lovely and best with studies.
Placements: Muffakham jah college of engineering and technology is best when comes to travelling as it is present in the heart of city. And the course CSE is best taught in the MJCET. To say it has best faculty with all necessities available. And MJCET had a package beginning with 2lpa to 9lpa and with different internship opportunity. And MJCET is a good choice to someone who loves enjoying a free environment, green and best place to hangout.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the best. It has about 17 labs for different subjects in just computer Science department. The classrooms are wide enough to have a lot of free space. The library is so spaced with many books of all the departments present in the college. And the college got a physi department for sports activity.
Faculty: All the faculty in the MJCET has atleast the Masters degree in their field. And they are quiet helpful just a text or call them up they will guide you. You can visit their staff room and talk to them at anytime. Yes the course helps the students solve real time problems. The sees exams are average hard. You should have 40% to pass.
Other: Computer Science is the leading course in today world as software is taking up the world. You have many groups in the campus that hota different events every weekend.

I am satisfied because of the faculty and placements.
Placements: The percentage of students placed from B.E. CSE is around 75%. The highest salary package offered is 9LPA, and the lowest is 3.5LPA. Top recruiting companies are Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Zensar, Tech Mahindra, TCS, etc. The percentage of students who got internships from CSE is around 40%. Top roles offered in B.E (CSE) are software engineer, data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: The overall facilities are excellent and the infrastructure is also good, including the library, classrooms, labs, etc. I am a day scholar. The college campus has a vegetarian canteen. There is also a stationery store on campus.
Faculty: Faculty members of our course are experienced and qualified. They deliver their lecturers perfectly and also have the best practical experience to help students in practical subjects. The course curriculum is from Osmania University. OU needs to update the curriculum. Semester exams are average. The pass percentage is about 90%.
Other: I suggest taking a CSE course at this college because the campus placements are good for the CSE branch and the campus placements are less for other branches. Overall, MCET is excellent.

My overall experience was very good here, and join here if you get a chance.
Placements: The placements in our college are very good. Top tech companies such as Amazon, Infosys, Oracle, HP, Asus, TCS, and Wipro come to this college and hire a lot of students. Placements are pretty good for CSE and IT, and for core branches, the placements are decent.
Infrastructure: The college has a lot of greenery and a good ambiance because the college is located in the center of the city, which is one of the posh areas in Hyderabad. Students coming from any part of the city do not face any problems with commuting. The college also has non-veg canteens separately for people who prefer them, and the prices are affordable. The quality of food served is the best.
Faculty: Our college is affiliated with one of the top universities of India, Osmania University. The whole curriculum is decided by Osmania University. The teaching and non-teaching staff are very good, and they help a lot of students with training and act as a mentor. There is no ragging in this college, in fact, all the seniors are very friendly with juniors.
Other: Events and fests are not conducted in our college because many people follow their religious path and do not prefer such activities, but many people can form separate groups and conduct competitions in dancing, singing etc.

I am satisfied with this campus.
Placements: The college provides placements mostly in IT companies which are service-based like TCS, Infosys, Amazon, etc. The highest salary package offered is 7LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges between 2.5-2.7 LPA. The average salary package offered is 3.25 LPA. Almost all the CSE and IT students opt for placements and get placed. Other companies, like Hitachi, Xtreme IT, Wipro, etc., also visit our campus for placements.
Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped with all the needed equipment. Some classrooms are well maintained while some are not. The college provides 2 canteens which serve non-vegetarian and vegetarian meals respectively. There is a dispensary for medical assistance. The college provides a huge football ground. For other sports, it provides a badminton court and a basketball court. The college provides a special area for indoor games.
Faculty: Almost all the teachers are qualified, and many teachers are PhD holders. The college is affiliated to Osmania University and follows its curriculum. The course curriculum is a bit outdated and needs some modification. The core branches have a very outdated syllabus, and I don't think it makes students industry-ready so many students opt for masters.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like coding. I wish the college should provide exposure in the new technologies under CSE, which definitely improve the interest in the course. The campus is beautiful, with lush green gardens. The college organises technical fest in the month of February, which is amazing.

Really it is a good place to have both studies and fun.
Placements: About 73.3% of the students, i.e., 88 students from our course, were placed. The highest salary package offered was 7 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 4.84 LPA. The top recruiting companies for our course are Infosys and TCS. Most of them offered web development and software development portfolios, but few companies offered accounting jobs. About 4 students were offered internships as a part of the final placements. But many students got internships through their own recommendations and capabilities. Probably about 50% of the recruited students got internships in other colleges.
Infrastructure: MJCET is upgrading many facilities during our tenure. There are seminar halls, and every classroom has projectors and dedicated screens. The library is always up to date and has a good number of books. 2 new elevators were added this year for our department. Though the classrooms have benches, they are a bit old and might look bad in the first glance. However, they are manageable. Our department also has a dedicated Wi-Fi system which is available to access. Our college has 2 canteens, which serves both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. Both the canteens have pretty good quality food and are very inexpensive. There is an area with a medical practitioner, which is dedicated to all medical needs. Indoor games are decent and include chess, carrom board, table tennis, badminton, etc. The campus has a football field along with an open basketball court with a separate physical department.
Faculty: Most of the teachers here are highly qualified, i.e., PhD holders or are at least applied for PhD. The computer science department has the best faculty members in overall college. Surveys are conducted in every semester to get proper feedback. I really like the support provided by faculty members. Mostly, the course curriculum is relevant, but few subjects are completely not good. I don't know whether the course curriculum would make students industry-ready, but it surely guides you with the basics pretty well. Students will have to learn a lot of things which are offered by the student bodies that will surely help to be industry-ready.
Other: I chose CSE as I had a genuine interest in the field of software and was passionate about creating technology. Solving real-world problems with the help of software is the best thing about our course. I wish that our college should provide better insight into the new technology and access to software, which would be helpful, and teaching lessons on ongoing fields of computer science is necessary. MJCET organises many cultural events and also an annual fest named Adsophos. The campus crowd is amazing. Our campus is pretty green as it is surrounded by trees and gardens. I am studying with free of cost here as our college does offer me a scholarship.
