NID, Bhopal courses' admissions are based on entrance exam scores. Candidates must also fulfill the minimum eligibility requirements of the respective courses. Candidates admitted to BDes Programme at NID MP will be required to attend a mandatory Foundation Programme of one year duration. NID Bhopal fee is inclusive of multiple components such as tuition fee, hostel fee, caution fee, etc. The caution fee is a refundable component. Moreover, candidates may have to pay the course fee semester-wise. For any fee concession details, candidates should contact the NID Bhopal admission office. STEP 1: NID Bhopal Application Process 2025
Candidates are required to apply online on the official website of the institute. The application fee is INR 3,000.
STEP 2: Selection Rounds
The selection criteria at NID Bhopal are based on entrance exam scores. However, candidates have to complete the last educational qualification as per the respective courses set by the college. Students are selected based on the entrance exam of DAT.
STEP 3: Merit List and Admission Confirmation

While filling out the NID application form, candidates have to enter their personal, academic, and personal information. They are also required to upload a photograph and signature, and caste Certificate if applicable. In case of candidates seeking admission under reserved categories, they also need to upload a category Certificate. PwD category candidates will also have to upload the relevant Certificate.
The category and PwD certificates should be in PDF format and max 2 MB.
Meanwhile, the photograph and signature should in JPG/JPEG format and within 75-100 KB.
The application fee of NID DAT 2026 for the B. Des for General, General-EWS, OBC-NCL candidates is INR 3,000. SC, ST, PwD candidates only ned to pay INR 1,500. However note that the application fees for overseas candidates seeking admission to supernumerary seats is INR 5000. In case of the M.Des programme, the application fees for General, General-EWS, OBC-NCL candidates applying for one discipline is INR 3,000. If two disciplines are chosen, the application fee is INR 6000. Meanwhile, SC, ST, PwD candidate need to pay INR 1,500 for one discipline, and INR 3000 for two disciplines.
