NIELIT Imphal offers undergraduate, diploma, certificate, and several other courses to students. These courses are provided across the Computer Application and various other streams. The formal courses provided by the college are Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (DECE), Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering (DCSE),  BCA, PGDCA,  and MCA. The non-formal long-term courses offered by the college are O Level IT, MAT O-Level, and CHM O Level. There are various other courses offered by the college.

NIELIT Imphal offers long-term degree and Diploma programmes at UG as well as PG level. The duration of these programmes ranges from one year to four years. Besides, the institute also offers short-term and non-formal courses. The institute also offers short-term digital literacy programmes to educate people about basic computer and internet usage.

The total tuition fee for National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology Imphal O Level course ranges between INR 27,200 and INR 31,400. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Aspirants need to pay the course fee after selection to confirm their seat in the institute.
