NIFT Delhi is one of the top Design institutes in India. It is the only institute in India to be ranked on the list of top 20 Design colleges, internationally. Getting admission to NIFT Delhi is every aspirant's dream. However, only a few are able to get admission to NIFTs, as the NIFT entrance exam it is not very easy to crack it. Candidates aspiring for NIFT Delhi need to cover important aspects such as Case Study, Analytical and Logical Ability, GK and Current Affairs, Quantitative Ability, Communication Ability and English Comprehension to crack the NIFT entrance exam. Further, the highest, average and lowest packages offered during NIFT Delhi BDes placements 2024 stood at INR 12 LPA, INR 7 LPA and INR 4 LPA, respectively. National Institute of Fashion Technology admit candidates to MDes programme based on merit in the national-level design entrance test conducted by the institute. Candidates seeking admission to this PG course need to take part NIFT exam (CAT), which is conducted in offline mode. Candidate should check NIFT Entrance Exam pattern, preparation tips, and more.

For NIFT Delhi B.Des admission, candidates must have passed Class 12 from any recognised Central/State Board of Secondary Examination, such as Central Board of Secondary Education/ State Board New Delhi/ Council for Indian School of Certificate Examination, New Delhi. A passing grade in the Senior Secondary School examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects is also eligible to apply for the National Institute of Fashion Technology Delhi. 

NIFT Delhi is ranked 9 for Design by IIRF 2023 whereas NIFT Bhopal is ranked 22 for Design by IIRF 2023. Both of them are highly-ranked colleges present in India. Both of the colleges offer placement opportunities to students. The scholarships provided by both college is good. The total fee for BDes at NIFT Bhopal is INR 6.07 Lacs - INR 12.78 lakh. NIFT Delhi BDes admission cycle starts with the announcement of NIFT Entrance Exam dates. The selection for BDes programme is based on entrance exam scores of the candidates. As per the past year's trends, the application window for the entrance test is expected to open in November and close by December month. The written exam is expected to be conducted in the first week of February.

The National Institute of Fashion Technology offers B.Des and B.FTech courses at the undergraduate level. NIFT Delhi offers M.Des, MFM and M.FTech courses at the postgraduate level. Apart from the UG and PG courses, NIFT Delhi also offers a list of UG Diploma and Continuing Education (CE) short-term programmes with a course duration ranging between three months and one year depending on the course. 

Candidates applying for NIFT Delhi must visit the official website of NIFT to register for the entrance test. NIFT Delhi B.Des admission 2023 is based on candidates' performance in the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) entrance exam comprising of a Creative Ability Test (CAT) and General Ability Test (GAT). Shortlisted candidates on the basis of CAT/ GAT test scores are then required to appear for the Situation Test, conducted by NIFT for B.Des admission. Candidate should not exceed 24 (29 years for SC/ ST/ PWD category students) years of age as on August 1 of the year of admission to be eligible for NIFT Delhi B.Des admission.

NIFT Delhi has not released the highest package offered for the year 2024. However, as per Shiksha review, the highest package offered to BDes in Textile Design and Leather Design offered was INR 14 LPA and INR 12 LPA during the recent placement drive, respectively. The aspirants who are Class 12 or equivalent exam pass can apply for the BDes course of NIFT Delhi. Additionally, students should not exceed 24 yers of age (29 years for SC/ ST/ PWD category students) as of August 1 of the admission year. NIFT New Delhi has not released the 2023 placements data as of now. However, some statistics for NIFT Delhi MDes placement of 2022 are as follows:
