It is the best college for designing courses.

Infrastructure: For fashion communication students, there are separate labs with all the apple devices from the keyboard, mouse to screen, which gives a lot of exposure to a fashion communication student. The hostels are also good to go as the view from the hostel is amazing.

Review of NiFT kangra and it's life.

Infrastructure: The quality has been worked upon and thus is getting better. The music room, library, labs, everything is getting better as there are new wings being developed for everything including an in house cafe. There are two mess for 6 hostel wings. So, students can go to whichever one is close.

It is a great college with good placement opportunities. It is located in a beautiful place.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not much good, as the college was established just 9 years ago. Basic facilities are available, like huge and air-conditioned classrooms. Food served in the canteen is satisfactory. Hostel rooms are well-maintained. It is a peaceful place, and you can see some amazing views of hills from the campus.

My college was an amazing experience of my life. I will do it again if I get a chance.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is fine as the campus placed in mountains, it is really good. The students have their chilling spots and A/C classrooms, everything they require. It is a peaceful place, and I basically loved it, not to ignore the view of the beautiful Dhauladhar range.

Awesome life in NIFT with best teachers, best surrounding. I miss that place.

Infrastructure: The college has all facilities. It has a resource centre with all the desired academic needs. The classrooms are designed very beautifully. We get to learn the software related to textile and garments. The buildings are earthquake protective. The spread of the college enables to organise all kind of sports and activities.

This college provides a once in a lifetime career.

Infrastructure: Kangra is a hilly place. It's been 9 years since the establishment of this college. The infrastructure is still in the developing phase. But once it is fully completed, it will be one of the best campuses in India. Everything else is available as well. The sports grounds are still not provided. The canteen is also not that good.

Dissatisfied because of the infrastructure and placements.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is poor. It took 4 years tenure to build one building, and the rest of the college is under construction. It is really difficult to walk in the college because of that. The roads are not built properly, and if it rains, the students tend to slip and get hurt. The events like spectrum and converge are held yearly. Durga Pooja is the main event on the campus.

It is a good campus with very supporting and good teachers and staff members.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not excellent but good. The environment is very good. The library provides all the facilities and books are awesome. All the classrooms have A/C. The medical facilities are also provided. Food in the canteen is satisfying, and hostel rooms are also well maintained.

The college still has a very long way to go. Being only a few batches old, it is yet to establish a solid campus culture. Also, the infrastructure being built at a slow rate hampers education for students a lot. Further, Kangra as a city doesn't provide a very good environment for fashion education. The good side is that there is McLeod Ganj close by which can serve as a great place to inspire designers, and also add something different to their portfolios (eg. Landscape and fashion photography ...

Good infrastructure and facilities are good.

Infrastructure: Labs are well-equipped, the Resource Center has many books, and labs are very accessible. Classrooms are also fine. The hostels are old, though, and washrooms are a problem because only 2–3 washrooms are available for around 25 students, which is not sanitary.

Good college overall but teaching and curriculum not up to the mark

Infrastructure: The campus, classrooms, labs are well equipped. The library has a large number of books related to design. However it does not have books related to other fields. There are 2 badminton courts, a basketball court and a volleyball court. Most classrooms do not have AC. Overall the campus is pretty and remains very clean. Hostel rooms are somewhat less spacious but well maintained. Mess food is decent and they offer a lot of variety.

I love my college. Everything is perfect just need some improvements in infrastructure.

Infrastructure: Our infrastructure is not very good as the roads have not being maintained and on a hilly area it is must to have a fully constructed road. Also, our classrooms are not well constructed. We don't have a proper playing area for sports as well. Hostel services can be improved as we have a less space as per our things we have. Otherwise, the cleaning facilities are good. Also the mess food has gotten better than before.

Really great network with a curriculum that is student as well as industry-friendly.

Infrastructure: Our college is situated in Kangra Valley, beautiful hills. It has state-of-the-art infrastructure, all labs with the latest technology in apparel. Hostel facilities are available for girls. There are IT labs, Mac labs, studios, free Wi-Fi, a canteen, and medical facilities. Events and festivals are celebrated throughout the year, and exposure in terms of industry visits, networking through outbound trips, and assignments.
