NIT Andhra Pradesh offers 8 M.Tech specialisations, namely Bioprocess Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Computer Science and Data Analytics, Power Electronics and Drives, Advanced Communication Systems and Signal Processing, Thermal Engineering, and Manufacturing Engineering, with a total of 10 seats for each specialisation.

National Institute of Technology Andhra Pradesh has affordable fee structure. The fee structure of the programme ranges between INR 75,000- INR 5 lakh. The fee structure has various components, namely tuition, security deposit, and hostel fee.
