5 years ago I've got 16k rank in OBC category and belong to Kerala state, can I have any chance of getting into chemical or production of NIT Calicut?

As per the current year of closing cutoff ranks, The chances of getting Chemical and Production at NIT Calicut are very less in asked category under HS quota.

1. Civil engineering.
