BTech / BArch (JoSAA / CSAB)
- Candidates Not Reporting to NIT Calicut: If a candidate does not report to NIT Calicut after seat allotment by JoSAA/CSAB, no fee will be refunded (whether paid to the Institute or during counselling).
- Withdrawal After Institute Admission: If a candidate withdraws their admission after completing the Institute admission process (including balance Institute fee payment, if applicable), only the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
Self-Sponsored / Industry-Sponsored PG Programmes & MBA (Regular)
- Withdrawal Before session commencement: 50% of the Tuition Fee and the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
- Withdrawal After session commencement: Only the Caution Deposit will be refunded.
