NIT Delhi BTech Eligibility & Highlight 2025
BTech at NIT Delhi are extended for the duration of four years, divided into eight semesters, and offered in full-time mode. The names of the specialisations are given below:
- BTech in Computer Science and Engineering
- BTech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
- BTech in Mechanical Engineering
- BTech in Civil Engineering, etc.
Eligibility: Candidates must complete Class 12 from the PCM stream. Moreover, applicants need to complete their Class 12/ HSC with an aggregate of 75% (65% for SC/ ST).
Selection Process: For NIT Delhi admission confirmation, applicants are required to secure valid scores in JEE Mains, followed by JoSAA Counselling. Any seats, remain open, they are filled via the CSAB Counselling.
