NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. However, if candidates compare the cutoff for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 will find out that the GATE scores for some of the M.Tech specialisations has been increased and the competition has increased. Hence, the cutoff trend of M.Tech in CSE showcases an improving trend. Check out the below table to get a clear idea: 

The NIT Delhi GATE CCMT Cutoff has been released for Round 1. The most competitive course was M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering. The Cutoff for M.Tech in CSE closed at 680 for the General AI category candidates. The least competitive course for the General AI category candidates was M.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering (CAD/CAM), with the closing Cutoff score of 396. 

For the OBC AI category candidates, the most competitive course was M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with a Cutoff score of 602. Candidates can check the NIT Delhi M.Tech Cutoff scores for different categories in the table provided in this section. 

A total of 151 students were placed out of 175 eligible students during NIT Delhi placement 2025 for BTech program. It is note that placement drive 2025 was ongoing at the time the page was updated.

While filling out the GATE application form for admissions to the M.Tech course at NIT Delhi, candidates are required to pay the application fee after the submission of important documents. The application fee varies according to the students' category. Check out the application fee below:

Highest and average package received by BTech ECE students this year was INR 31.3 LPA and INR 13.51 LPA. In EEE branch, highest and average package recorded this year was INR 58.3 LPA and INR 16.63 LPA, respectively.

Earlier, the highest and average package received during NIT Delhi placement 2024 for MTech program was INR 27 LPA and INR 13.14 LPA, respectively.

JEE Main is conducted in two sessions each year, with session 2 usually held in April. For the current cycle, NTA had announced the JEE Main Session 2 exam dates, and the exams for Paper 1 (BTech) were conducted on April 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8. The registration for session 2 is now closed. Now, prospective candidates should wait for the announcement of JEE Mains dates for the academic batch of 2026.
