NIT Delhi M.Tech cutoff 2025 has not been released yet. However, if candidates compare the cutoff for the years 2022, 2023 and 2024 will find out that the GATE scores for some of the M.Tech specialisations has been increased and the competition has increased. NIT Delhi offers two-year M.Tech programmes with the following specializations: Analytics in Computer Science and Engineering, Power Electronics and Drives in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, VLSI in Electronics and Communication Engineering, and CAD/CAM in Mechanical Engineering. Students are admitted based on their GATE scores and through the CCMT counseling process. Each programme offers 15 regular seats and 2 seats for DASA students.

To gain admission at NIT Delhi, candidates would have to first appear for the JEE Main examination and then for the JEE Main counselling process.
