Infrastructure: Recently we are shifted to new NIT Patna, it is very beautiful and bigger than the old NIT, old NIT was around 50 acres where the new one is around 120 acres, they provide Wi-Fi facility 24/7 and all labs and library are running with air conditioning, food quality was good but somewhat difficult for south students, but we can manage.

Infrastructure: I live in the hostel named Brahmapur Hostel of the National Institute of Technology, Patna. This is one of the largest boys’ hostels in NIT Patna, and yesterday there is a special dinner. There are three boys’ hostels and one girls’ hostel. The total capacity is around 1,400 students. Some hostels have poor basic facilities. The Wi-Fi is very slow due to the large number of users. The library is well-equipped, but the classrooms are a bit old. The mess food is unacceptable.

Infrastructure: Classrooms are poor and old. The Wi-Fi is good but limited for social media and other apps. Washrooms and hostels are decent. Mess food is good. Medical facilities are poor, and students have to buy medicines from outside. The sports ground and gym are small. The canteen is good. The library is good, but still requires manual work. Labs, especially the CS lab, are excellent.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection is fully provided within the campus and hostel. For electricity, there is 24/7 service. The library is old, and the seating area is limited. The canteen and mess are in average condition. Medical facilities are provided, but most of the time, the dispensary doctor is on leave. Infrastructure: In terms of the mess, I got H-7, whose mess is the best among the boys’ hostel messes. The quality of food is good except on some days. The dispensary is good for first aid, but for further treatment, I would suggest an outside hospital. Sports facilities are available on a good scale, including badminton, table tennis, gym, volleyball, cricket, and football. The infrastructure is fine, but the labs have excellent working PCs.

Infrastructure: Campus life was also very good as there were many fests and events like Corona & Melange which was the annual event. There was a Central Library and our individual department. Architecture library had almost all the required books and students can pursue them whenever they want without any extra fees. Infrastructure: Library is filled with all kinds of books you want to look at. Classroom is well structured air conditioned is there and also projector is available. Sports and extracurricular activities are well distributed. There are many interesting social clubs here. If helps students to develop their whole personality. Hostel rooms are provided with fans free Wi-Fi, and a water cooler. Meal quality is good. We get both veg and non veg items.

Placements: Around 70% of students in the Electronics and Communication Engineering branch were placed. The highest package touched 65 LPA, the average was around 14 LPA, and the lowest was about 7 LPA. Companies like Wipro, Deloitte, Infosys, and Cognizant were the major recruiters. Almost 90% of students in the 3rd year also received internships.
