Best MCA college according to me.
Placements: In 2023, MCA is discontinued, but it started again in 2024. In MCA '23, there is 100 percent placement. The highest package is 23 LPA at Amdocs, the median package is 6.2 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA (this information I got from my seniors and faculty). Amdocs, SAP, Microsoft, Cisco, Deloitte, and many more companies are involved. Internships on campus are offered to 20–25 students out of 133 students. The top roles provided by recruiters are SDE and SWE.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi connection is fully provided within the campus and hostel. For electricity, there is 24/7 service. The library is old, and the seating area is limited. The canteen and mess are in average condition. Medical facilities are provided, but most of the time, the dispensary doctor is on leave. Sports activities are good according to others, and for different sports, there are separate courts. Our college area is small, but the availability of facilities for sports is adequate. The quality of food in the hostel is not very good; according to me, it is average.
Faculty: The faculty is among the best. NIT Patna is always known for its experienced and renowned faculty, especially in the CSE department, where the top 2 percent of scientists taught us. The best part of our college is that they provide us with practical classes more than theory classes, which makes us more practically engaged. Semester exams are conducted at a slightly tough level, but we pass by studying two hours daily.

Best placements and faculty.
Placements: The placements this year are going well. If we consider the placement season of last year, 2023–24, the highest package offered is 64 LPA, similar to the season of 2022–23, meaning there is no decrement in the highest CTC. Top recruiters are Google, Amazon, Atlassian, Oracle, Adobe, Samsung, and Goldman Sachs, followed by JPMC. The placement rate for the CSE branch is above 90 percent, with the overall rate being 78–83 percent.
Infrastructure: In terms of the mess, I got H-7, whose mess is the best among the boys’ hostel messes. The quality of food is good except on some days. The dispensary is good for first aid, but for further treatment, I would suggest an outside hospital. Sports facilities are available on a good scale, including badminton, table tennis, gym, volleyball, cricket, and football. The infrastructure is fine, but the labs have excellent working PCs.
Faculty: The faculty members at NIT Patna are not good. Professors do not have teaching skills and do not understand the students’ situation. The exam course is good, but the faculty always wants. I think they always search for a path to fail the students in the examination, but not all.

Review of NIT Patna - National Institute of Technology.
Placements: This year, only about 40% of students were placed in our branch. The highest package is around 18 LPA, the lowest is 3.6 LPA, and the average is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies are L&T, Infosys, TCS, and other software companies, as there are no jobs in the core field. Almost only 20% of students get internships. The top roles offered are Software Engineer, Structural Engineer, Site Engineer, and Environment Engineer.
Infrastructure: I live in the hostel named Brahmapur Hostel of the National Institute of Technology, Patna. This is one of the largest hostels for boys in NIT Patna. The mess structure of NIT Patna is delicious, and yesterday it had a special dinner. There are three boys' hostels and one girls' hostel. The net capacity is around 1,400 students. Some hostels have poor basic facilities. The Wi-Fi is very slow due to the large number of users. The library is well-equipped, but the classrooms are a bit old. Messy food is unacceptable.
Faculty: Teachers in the department are invaluable to students, but others, like the Physics department, do not seem well-qualified. Students have to prepare on their own using YouTube or another platform. The course curriculum is very relevant, focusing only on courses that help with placements. There are two midterms and one end-of-semester exam each semester.
Other: Here, professors are highly qualified and knowledgeable.

Good college but for architecture the placements are low.
Placements: In the course of Architecture there were little to no placements but there were internships you can do after you learn the skills required. There were a lot of opportunities for internships in this course and provided enough opportunities and workshops for you to develop your skills while the degree was ongoing. The average package offered was 5 to 10LPA for architecture students.
Infrastructure: Campus life was also very good as there were many fests and events like Corona & Melange which was the annual event. There was a Central Library and our individual department. Architecture library had almost all the required books and students can pursue them whenever they want without any extra fees. Classroom amenities were also maintained here and checked on a regular basis. Sports facilities were also best as there was all the equipment a large ground and different sports courts. Different clubs like drama music photography etc.
Faculty: I chose this course because I was interested in it and wanted to explore it. Faculty members were good supportive and knowledgeable. The faculty student ratio was good. The qualification of the faculty was very good as they were from different renowned colleges/universities around India and different parts of the world. Exams were always on time and conducted in a good manner.

Good college come to Bihar.
Placements: After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like Texas Instruments Samsung Accenture Amazon Keysight Technologies Deloitte L&T Bosch Tech Mahindra and many more. The highest package for batch 2024 to 25 is 41LPA offered to a CSE student. The average package offered is 10LPA. Percentage of students placed here is almost 85 percent. Look for a job after getting the degree. Companies like Google Amazon and many more come here for internship opportunities for 2 months or 6 months duration. Offering roles for Software Development. You need a very good resume to clarify the tasks. There should be good projects and achievements should be there.
Infrastructure: Library is filled with all kinds of books you want to look at. Classroom is well structured air conditioned is there and also projector is available. Sports and extracurricular activities are well distributed. There are many interesting social clubs here. If helps students to develop their whole personality. Hostel rooms are provided with fans free Wi-Fi, and a water cooler. Meal quality is good. We get both veg and non veg items.
Faculty: Faculty to student ratio is okay in my opinion. In our ECE batch there are 90 students in a single section. There are no such faculty members whom I not like. Each semester there will be 2 exams. One is mid semester and the other is end of semester examination. Mid sem is easy one as compared to end of the semester. There are very few students who fail these exams. Course curriculum is relevant as it covers all the aspects of that particular branch.
