Satisfied with the college course and faculty members; the campus area is small.
Placements: About 80% of the students get placed. The highest package was 58 LPA, which is off-campus, and the average package is around 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant. No company comes for internships; students get internships through off-campus. The roles offered are for software engineers.
Infrastructure: Faculty members are very supportive and helpful. Most of the faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Classrooms and labs are all equipped with smart boards and the latest technology. The full campus is Wi-Fi connected. The campus area is slightly small, but the infrastructure is also not very good. The mess food and quality of the food are average. Medical facilities are also provided, which is good.
Faculty: The faculty are very supportive and helpful. Most of them are Ph.D. holders. The course curriculum of the college is updated as an autonomous college. NIET makes their own syllabus based on the current scenario. Semester papers are of average difficulty level, and students have to get at least 5 CGPA to pass the exam.
Other: I chose this course because I have an interest in computer science. I think the college should improve its interaction and campus area so that students can enjoy more of college life. Also, fests are very few in number; there are only two or three fests in the year. There is a huge crowd in the college, with approximately 2,000 students in the first year of B.Tech only.

I am a B.Tech student in computer science regional branch and it is a great college for placements.
Placements: I am a student of CSE (regional). This is the first batch of CSE (regional). Placements are one of the best things in this college. The average salary package for CSE is around 14 LPA - 15 LPA and for other branches, it is quite nice. TPC of this college works hard to bring the best companies like Amazon, Google, etc., on campus.
Infrastructure: Our college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities, and equipment. We have smart boards and better Wi-Fi speed in the lab and hostel. Lab technician maintains them well. Mess is very hygienic and clean. They provide all types of Indian food in our mess.
Faculty: My campus life is the best. It is the first time to come so far from home and also to face hostel life. Those experiences are totally different for me but it's great. Term exams are the best. After the third month, mid-term exams happen, and 2 months later, end-term exam happens. Exams are easy to clear if you focus on classes and make proper notes. PPTs are shared to study and most of the questions come from PPTs.
Other: It is my passion to become a computer science engineer. There are around 30 faculty members for the CSE (R) course with 100 students. The qualification of the faculty is Ph.D. and M.Tech. They have good communication skills and teach excellently. There will be exams once in 6 months. The difficulty of exams is average.

It is just okay college, not too good and not too bad.
Placements: I am from the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Regional) course. It is the normal CSE course, but only regional is included in the degree. Students get placements majorly in companies like Accenture, Cognizant, and Capgemini. Other companies visit the college but do not hire more than 3-4 students. The average package ranges from 4-5 LPA and it is not more than that. It is just okay college. There is no freedom for self-study.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. Net connection is not provided even at the time of competition or any events. Hostel quality is bad. I have some friends living in the hostel and they told me how the warden restricts them from even going out to buy necessary things. We will always have to create the pass first.
Faculty: The course curriculum and exam patterns are different as this college is autonomous. It mainly emphasises Python rather than any other programming language. Faculty members are very bad and not experienced. Some faculty members are only M.Tech qualified. They do not have any previous teaching experience and it is like getting tutors from our seniors. Do not expect faculty members to help students with technical project work as they are not experienced. Only a few old faculty members are good.
Other: I wish they could conduct more technical events to enhance the participation of students. This would also boost our hands-on skills and give us experience. It should also boost technical clubs. It should hire more experienced faculty members so that students get their doubts cleared in programming and subject-related stuff.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Our college provides the best professors and facilities to enhance your progress. They provide opportunities to work in a practical field. The placement scenario of our college is very excellent. Our college provides good placement opportunities. Every student will easily get placed in our college. It is one of the reputed universities. Companies select eligible students.
Infrastructure: The hostel facilities are very good. Students can choose rooms as per their requirements. They provide air-conditioned rooms and non-air-conditioned rooms. I have selected an air-conditioned room. The hostel fee is Rs.15,000 per month. The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides all facilities like Wi-Fi, a library, Wi-Fi, computer labs, a cafeteria, a playground, sports facilities, etc. Classrooms are equipped with air-conditioners. The mess facility is available in our college.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable, supportive, and helpful. They act as a mentor to every student. They are good. They conduct exams frequently. Exams are not easy to pass like school exams. They are difficult. We have to study hard. They conduct 4 exams each semester. They conduct 1 end-term exam.
Other: Our college organises an annual fest. Many fests and competitions are held in our college. Our college organises cultural and tech fests. They provide a good platform. Many sports activities and workshops are conducted in our college.

Think again, is NIET you want.
Placements: 50-65 percent of students get placed in my course. The highest from CSE-R has been 25 Lacs and the minimum is about 3-4 Lacs, with the average being set about 6-7 Lacs. The recruiters lie across various platforms, but in the recent case, most recruitment is done by entrepreneurs. Internship is done through personal reach out; no internship is provided by the college.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided to CSE-R are the same as those provided to CSE students. Classes are run separately, but most of the infrastructure is the same. Labs are nice, not too much futuristic but can work. The hostel is average, if you want to live in a strict environment, then it's okay. Entry and exit time differ across hostels. The hostel for boys varies in different places, pretty much tiring for boys as compared to girls. The hostel food is below average. Taste differs every day, not in a good way. Mostly students waste or avoid eating in the mess.
Faculty: Teaching is pretty average, faculty is missing, not much professional personnel are available. Some are good, some are bad, making it balanced overall. The curriculum is mostly relevant and industry-ready. Classes are conducted separately with regular curriculum classes. Semester exams are pretty good, not that tough, but require preparation beforehand.
Other: I chose the course as the curriculum of this course was the same as the core CSE branch. The best thing is that it’s easy to grab information and understand things. Practical classes can help a lot in understanding the basics taught. Earlier events and fests were not that much, but recently the college is trying to organize some, inviting guests over. Recently, social media influencer Gaurav Taneja aka Technical Guruji was invited over for interaction with students. Scholarships are pretty much available for students admitted through counseling, so come through counseling if you want to grab or avail scholarships from the college.
