A decent college with decent placements.
Placements: If you have a 7+ CGPA with no ongoing backlogs, there is almost a 90% certainly of in-campus placement. As the college has tie-ups with mass recruiters, you are likely to get a placement, but don't expect the placement numbers to be very good or satisfactory. Some recruiters include Infosys, TCS, HCL, etc. , with an average package of around 6 LPA and the highest touching up to 54 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure here at NIET is honestly a bit of a mixed bag. For our CSE labs, the equipment is actually quite decent and up-to-date, and the smart boards in the classrooms make lectures easier to follow. The central library is huge and has almost every book you’d need, though it gets super crowded during exams. However, the Wi-Fi can be a real pain. It's okay in the labs, but in the hostel, the speed is pretty consistent, and they have a lot of blocked sites, which is frustrating when you're trying to work on projects.
Faculty: The faculty at NIET is generally very supportive, though the experience can vary depending on the teacher. Most of our professors in the CSE department are highly qualified, many are PhDs, and they really know their subjects. However, because it’s an autonomous college, they can be quite strict about attendance (you need that 75-85% mark), and they keep us busy with constant assignments and internal sessional exams. The teaching style is practical-heavy, for instance, we covered both Python and C within our first month through intensive workshops, which were exhausting but effective.

Bad infrastructure and college life.
Placements: In my course, which is B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, there are about 240 students last year out of which about 120 to 140 are placed last year. The highest and the lowest packages are 39 LPA and 3 LPA respectively. The top recruiting companies are Accenture, Wipro, Razor, TCS etc. About the internship, there are only 4 to 5 students who got a properly paid internship from the college others are enrolled in internships. They are required to pay to get enrolled and some got to companies by outreaching to them. The top roles offered are software developers, frontend developers, backend developers etc.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are okay but there is a lack of air conditioning. We also raised a complaint to the dean about that but the management is too slow. Wi-Fi is also mess you only get 2GB data per day and you need to login with your I would everytime you are disconnected also there are many place inside the campus where internet speed is not good and even Wi-Fi gets disconnected hostel is okay we get proper food and there are not much complain about it infrastructure is kind old but renovation is done every now and then.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable bit some of them just comes for passing the time in the classroom. Well it happens everywhere. The course curriculum is very relevant. It obviously makes a student industry ready. Semester exams are tough if you do not know how to cover the syllabus in one night. Its not that hard you can do it easily except for some subjects ofcourse like COA. The pass percentage is decent, like 95 percent+ because this is an autonomous college.
Other: I chose this course because I have a keen interest in learning how computers work and wanted to get some hands on experience I wish the infrastructure and campus life will be better as they focus mainly on academics specially for 1st years. The fests while other colleges get a lot of them out of college, only get 1 in a year and that also if you are lucky.

It is a smart and advanced college in the name of an engineering college.
Placements: The placement ratio is 90%, which means most students get placed. But the problem is that most students get placed in either TCS or Infosys. They are service-based companies and offer almost 3–4 LPA, while very few students, like 1 in 200, get placed in product-based companies.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very poor. They have Wi-Fi with no internet connection. Classrooms are exactly like school classrooms, and there is no AC or cooler in the classrooms. The canteen is too small, the library is okay, but there are no good sports facilities. I can say that sports are below average.
Faculty: As the Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology is an autonomous college, exams are easy. The exams are from all the slides. The curriculum is good, and they teach practical subjects in the form of workshops. In the first semester, they finish both Python and C in just 30 days with 8 exams and 2 viva.
Other: The college is very overcrowded. There are more than 50 sections in Computer Science and Engineering and its allied branches.

NIET has good placement. Faculty are very supportive, and the infrastructure is average.
Placements: NIET offers average placement opportunities, especially for core and emerging branches. Top recruiters are TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. The average package is around 6 LPA, and the highest package is around 52 LPA. Around 60 to 70 percent of students are placed. And some students get internships.
Infrastructure: Previously, the NIET infrastructure was very bad, but they have improved their infrastructure. The campus size is very small, but NIET has a total of 3 individual infrastructure plots 14, 15, and 19. Plot 15 are the newly made campus for first-year students. The campus life at NIET is very good. I extremely recommend first-year students to take the college hostel. The food quality is decent, Wi-Fi is good, and medical sports facilities are also very good. The infrastructure of classes is that every class has a smart board, but the tables are very bad. Canteens are very good.
Faculty: Exams are not hard. They create a question paper very easily, so everyone can pass. Faculty is average but very supportive in nature, and the curriculum is also very good. The faculty teach very well, but the only thing you concentrate on is the faculty teaching you, and then you easily get a good CGPA. The passing criteria in the theory paper are 33 out of 100. That is very easy to get. The curriculum is very good, it makes students industry-ready. But they make a few changes so that the students get a higher package.
Other: I chose AI because it is one of the fastest-growing fields in technology and has a wide future scope. It has a house demand in almost every sector. I think we wish to improve the syllabus of this course for future demand. In this college fest and event, things are very bad, like there are few. Every student of UP gets a scholarship if they qualify for the eligibility of the UP scholarship.

Neutral placement and infrastructure is okay-okay.
Placements: Around 20-30% of students are placed in MCA. The highest package is 6 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and average is 3 LPA - 4 LPA. For recruiting, both technical and non-technical companies visit to hire students. Recruiting companies are TCS, Accenture, Infosys, and Capgemini. Top roles offered are software developer and technical support.
Infrastructure: College has two small campuses for computer application students, and classes are conducted in both campuses. Sometimes classes are held in one campus and sometimes in another, which became frustrating for the students. Wi-Fi, library, and classrooms are available. But there is no sitting area and lunch area for students. Computer labs are available and used for practical sessions.
Faculty: Most teachers are helpful, qualified, and also knowledgeable in their respective subjects. Teaching quality is good. The syllabus provides basic technical knowledge but some needs updating. The curriculum helps with fundamental concepts, but students need extra self-practice.
Other: There are no fun activities conducted. Rarely any fest is conducted on campus. More extracurricular activities should be conducted.

Not very satisfied with college but if we just want to come for placement opportunities than ok.
Placements: Only 20 to 30% of students are placed in our course. The lowest package is 3 LPA, and average is 3 LPA to 4 LPA. The highest package is 6 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Cloud Analogy, Accenture, Capgemini, and LTI Mindtree. Top roles offered are software developer or full-stack developer, and sales.
Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure of college are just average, not good. But hostels are quite good or we can say above average. Food is decent, not very good. Medical facilities are okay as we can just get ever. In hostel, they have carrom, badminton, and some other games to play.
Faculty: Some teachers are helpful but others are not. They are qualified and knowledgeable but not interested in teaching. Course curriculum is average, some other subjects need to be there, like they don't teach in depth. Just basic knowledge they provide, which we can easily get from any AI tool. Semester exams are average. We can score good marks if we are well-prepared.
