The college has good infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: There is no recruitment in this college. Students from passing out batches often have to go to find a suitable one. There are frequent seminars where they guide us, but there is no campus placement. Some of the students got internships in the PM scheme.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good and is nicely maintained. Wi-Fi is also available, in the digital classroom. A very big library is also present with air conditioning rooms and good quality benches. The canteen provides fresh food. A separate building is available for indoor games and sports.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and highly qualified. All are dignified professors having vast curriculum knowledge and skills. Semester exams are quite hard to pass as there is project work, presentation, sessional exams, and then final semester exams.
Other: I am currently studying in this college and it is my last semester (6th sem)I will miss this college. This college provides us with a lot of facilities like digital classrooms, sports encouragement, an active NSS unit, etc. You can get a scholarship if you are eligible.

The best side of Nowgong College
Placements: The placement cell was good. Students who scored above 55% could take admission. Many students got internships from this course. I also got an internship from the placement cell, and now I am doing a job in Bangalore. Many of my friends also got internships, and now they are doing jobs.
Infrastructure: The hostel was good, and the food was also good. It was neat and clean, well-organized, with a good Wi-Fi connection, labs, digital classrooms, and library facilities available for every student. The canteen was also available on the campus, and it served good and hygienic food. Everything was neat and clean.
Faculty: We had the best faculty members. All teachers were very helpful. They took extra classes, personality development classes, and career-oriented seminars. This course was curriculum-relevant. It made students industry-ready. The college did not face any difficulty regarding semester exams.

It is an excellent college for gaining knowledge and improving yourself.
Placements: In our college, almost 65% of students are placed. The lowest salary package offered is 1 LPA and the highest salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Kotak Mahindra Bank, etc., visit our campus. Almost 80% of students get internships at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The top role offered is the financial manager.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good. The quality of food is average. Wi-Fi is not available. Sports like cricket, hockey, and volleyball are available. They serve good food on Sunday.
Faculty: Our teachers are knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Our teacher's behavior is good.
Other: I chose B.Com because I enjoyed commerce subjects.

This is an excellent college in all aspects.
Placements: Around 75% of percentage required for admission in commerce, required for arts was 80% of approximately, and science required 80%. The commerce teachers were very friendly and good manners, there was not much good for recruitment, but it is one of the best colleges in Nagaon town.
Infrastructure: It provides a free Wi-Fi facility and the college canteen was very good. It provides a park, a gaming ground was also available. The gym facility was available, and also other game ground was available. Many students were honored by this college for games.
Faculty: The teaching quality was very good. Most of the teachers were Ph.D. holders, and the education environment was very friendly.

The college is good for academics.
Placements: The percentage criterion for general categories is 70%, OBC is 60, ST is 50, and SC is 40, which is required for students to get admission in this college. There are no recruiting companies as it provides only basic courses. The teachers are good. The fee for B.Com for me was 40,000.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. It has a lab, library, and also Wi-Fi. Hostel facilities are good. The hostel provides food timely, and it is good. They provide both veg and non-veg foods. There are Wi-Fi facilities provided in the hostel. The water facilities are good.
Faculty: The teachers are not at all supportive, and the teaching quality is good. It comes under Gauhati University, and the pass percentage is 30%. The examination process is very simple, and you just have to fill the form and submit it. If your name comes to the merit list, you will be called for admission.
Other: The campus is good, and the teachers are also good. There are many events and activities held on campus.

Placements: Nowgong College has got excellent placement record with more than 90% of students in the previous batch 2020-2021 getting job offers at reputed organisations. From Rs 20,000 per month to 3.5 LPA packages are offered in this course. The top roles offered in B. Com are in the fields of Accounting and Auditing, Tax Advisory Services, Financial Services, Banking, and Insurance Services.
Infrastructure: In this college, from projector to computer lab, Wi-Fi facilities, and smart classes, everything is available. Hostel is top notch quality and there are 2 cafeterias on the campus. Also, an indoor auditorium is available.
Faculty: All the teachers are well qualified and their teaching ways are good. All the teachers are well educated and they are graduated from top universities. Semesters are not much tough as the teachers are very creative in teaching. Besides, this college is autonomous.
Other: I choose the course because I want to pursue CA. And college also participates in many game competitions with all the other colleges. For the improvements, I would suggest that the course is hard so it would be better if it's divided into 8 semesters instead of just 6. Every year, many poor students get scholarships also.

Life in college is the best part of life.
Placements: The placement cell of this institute is very active and provides placement oriented training from the second year. The placement cell is very responsive and supportive to students.
Infrastructure: The classroom has adequate space and facilities. Medical facilities like free medicines and a free ambulance are also available. The library of this institute is very spacious with a large number of magazines and books. wifi is available in the computer lab only for lab use.
Faculty: I am studying the Bcom course and the faculty members are too good at teaching. The teachers are very helpful, well qualified and very knowledgeable. the teaching quality is very good.
Other: The college has lots of good facilities along with playground and gardens. Lots of good memories to make.

Every year, our institution achieves good placements and provides quality facilities and education.
Placements: There are 300 seats provided for each batch in our college for B.Com. Courses. The highest or the lowest package offered depends upon the income of a particular family; for instance, if the income of the particular family is less than 1 LPA, then they get free admission. If not, then 5499 was the price paid by our batch. Internships may be done in any legal institutions or companies like MSME, CA firms, etc.
Infrastructure: In our institution, Wi-Fi and a library are provided for the whole college. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire campus, and there isn't a particular library for each department, one library serves all students. The hostel is also affordable for all, no monthly fees are to be paid, only mess food is available, with fees ranging from 1400-1500 per month. The food quality is overall not very bad, as hostellers decide themselves, and admission for the whole year ranges from ₹7000-₹9000.
Faculty: All the teachers in our department are qualified, and helpful, and guide us toward our path, some of them even have Ph.D. degrees. The semester exams are not so difficult if students focus on what teachers teach. The pass percentage is 40% for every subject.
Other: I choose this course as these course will provide me with diverse career opportunities and the potential for doing higher studies. Professors to be more stricter to students who cases noise in classrooms. The events celebration in our college is awesome but there's a little defect our college auditorium is not so big for all students to fit in. Co- curricular activities are also provided by the institution.
