Modern college reality check.
Placements: Almost 5 to 10 percent of students get placed in college. The highest package is 200000–300000 lacs per annum. Sanofi and TCS are the biggest companies that visit college every year. You have to find your own internship, mostly. Roles offered are QA, QC, and pharmacovigilance.
Infrastructure: College faculty is really great and this is the biggest reason modern colleges are chosen. All classes are digital. The labs are updated and full of equipment, and the college has a research environment. The college doesn't have hostel facilities, and canteen food is average. The college canteen is very small.
Faculty: Almost 80–90% of faculty are Ph.D. holders, highly educated and guide us on every stage of college life. The curriculum is designed by PCI; this curriculum is the same all over India. Passing is required above 50% marks. Exams are easy. 25% are reserved for practical and 75% for theory exams.
Other: I have an interest in health care, and I am interested in working in health care. The internship program should be well organized. The college conducts its events in private auditoriums, and the campus crowd is supportive. There are scholarship options like TFWS, EBC, etc.

I am very satisfied with facilities and education of this college.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 4 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Sanofi, Dr Reddy, and Glaxo Smith Kine. Almost 50% of students got internships at Sanofi and GSK.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is very good. Laboratories are very good. Our campus is Wi-Fi enabled. There is a huge library, and several books are available. Hostels are not available. The food served in the canteen is average. Playground is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are kind, supportive, and interactive. The teaching quality is better. All teachers are well-qualified and experienced. Tests are conducted every day to prepare us for exams. Semester exams are moderate.
Other: I chose this course because of my interest in it. We can pursue careers in different sectors like research and development as a scientist, drug safety associates, and clinical research. Various events are conducted in this college. Gatherings and sports days are excellent.

The raw truth of Modern College of Pharmacy.
Placements: The cutoff for the CT third round is 93% tile. The highest package offered is 7 LPA (IT). The lowest is 3 LPA. The average package is 3.5 LPA. Top roles offered in this course are clinical pharmacist, drug production, marketing, cosmetic production, research, and teaching. After completion of a B.Pharma degree, we can go for a pharma MBA or master's in any particular subject. Top recruiting companies for this course are Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Cipla, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Torrent Pharmaceuticals, and Zydus Lifesciences.
Infrastructure: The campus area of our college is very short. There is no hostel in our college, but there are various species nearby. The average cost of living in a PG may vary from Rs. 3,000 to 3,500 per month. There is no such scope of sports to be played in the campus area. One can play basketball or cricket in their free time. The canteen food is of moderate quality. There are no special medical facilities. Except from a basic first aid inbox. There is no Wi-Fi in the classrooms. There is one library. It provides good book sources.
Faculty: The teaching staff is very appreciable. The first year consists of newly joined teachers who are very friendly and understand the students. From second year onwards, we have senior staff who have high experience and are professionals, their way of teaching is really good. The sessional exams are of moderate difficult. While the semester exams are quite difficult, the passing percentage is 50%. This course curriculum is relevant and very relatable to real life experiences.
Other: I personally chose this course due to my high interest in the cosmetic production field. While the course primarily focuses on drug development, cosmetic production is also a subpart. This course is less difficult than MBBS, and one could study hard and easily pass this exam. I have no improvements for this particular course but the campus and the college life could have been better. There are no such events in our college except a fiesta, which is held once a year, sports week is held once a year, and if there are festivals, then some competitions are held related to it

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Students get placed after the sixth year. We have good opportunities in India and abroad for medical writers, clinical pharmacists, clinical pharmacologists, pharmacovigilance, clinical research, and many other options such as data analysis and drug inspectors. More placement facilities are available abroad. Now in Dubai, we do clerkships and internships at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Erandwana, Pune.
Infrastructure: Our classrooms are good and clean for e-learning. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus. Our labs are used for both practice and research. A good canteen is available with tasty foods. Outside, PG and 1 BHK rooms are available for rent with a mess. All subjects have books available in the library, with discipline arranging the entire college setup.
Faculty: Our college has good teachers who are well educated with Ph.D. and M. Pharm. It makes students industry-ready. The doctor of pharmacy exams is three sessional for 30 marks and one annual for 70 marks in theory and practical per year. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: Cultural days, Bollywood days, mismatch days, freshers' parties, annual functions, seminars, etc., are held at our college.

My college is Modern College of Pharmacy.
Placements: Students who have 90% are placed in my college from my course. The highest package is 8 LPA. Companies like GSK, Cipla, and Emcure visit our college. About 70% placed in Emcure for roles such as Quality Assurance, Sales Executive, and Medical Representative. There is no specific percentage which is required for internships, so no worries. They are based on your practical knowledge.
Infrastructure: Facilities are damn good. Classrooms are well-equipped with digitalized PC setups and smartboards. Library is big and every book is available, which is needed for study. Canteen is available with good quality food. Sports and games are conducted strictly, many games are conducted, like tug of war, cricket, and badminton.
Faculty: The faculty members are well educated and hold Ph.D. degrees. The quality of teaching is best in class. Semester exams are damn hard, we need to study for hours to complete the work and preparation for exams. The pass percentage is about 50 marks in each exam, it is enough to pass in the exams.
Other: I chose this course because I have much interest in science from the beginning. Science is what I am good at, so I chose this course. The best thing about my course is the research and drug development. It is more secure and more opportunities should be able to be developed in my course. Many annual events happen throughout the year. Scholarships are granted through MahaDBT after registration. There are many extracurricular activities in the NSS office.
